Thanks for your review. We do test seeds from all the batches of seeds that we sell - and only release for sale seeds that test over 95% germination - we are therefore very confident with the quality of the seeds that we sell. We also hold our suppliers to the same high standards. This said these are live products and competencies & environments vary so we try to help customers if they have issues. Hi Angela, As your order is showing as delivered but you haven't received it, you'll need to report it with USPS. Please complete section 3 in the link https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm You'll then be provided with an email from USPS showing your validated search request and providing you with an "MRC incident number". Please send over a copy of this email to our team once you have received it. We can then arrange for your order to be resent and can make a claim on your missing item.

Questionable practices and the freebies are mainly immature seeds that do not pop.

They took my momey from the bank within 10min of completimg my purchase. Then 3days later i got no email or response as to when i was going to get my order. After attempting to contact seedsman they had no resolution for me. Bad service and scammers

Has been over 2 weeks still no product. They claim 5-7 business days. Maybe I read wrong and it’s 5-7 business weeks.

Of the 5 feminised white widow seeds i bought , 3 are doing well , the other 2 I don't think will make it. They were all treated exactly the same. I thought , when I first saw the seeds that 2 of them were very pale... I'm a bit disappointed

10 seeds purchased ...NOT ONE germinated. Trouble contacting company to discuss... When I finally got hold of them they were like .... Send photos...sent photos and they requested photos again then said to bad so sad ..AVOID THIS COMPANY They Do NOT STAND BEHIND PRODUCT.

I have bought from u guys many times and each time I lost on average 30 percent of the seeds u sent. I never complained about it until this last time and even sent pictures of the seed that didn't germinate and you guys said you couldn't see the pics because of the formatte they are in and told me you weren't goin to help me! Yes I'm mad! All I wanted was replacement seed for the ones I lost but u refused to. Help Me!!!!! I'm unlikely to buy from u again unless you rectify this situation!!!! Have A Great Day!!!!!! Ps... again I have sent the pictures, so see what u can do!!!!!

I'm a new grower, and so obviously still A LOT to learn, but out of the 5 autoflower seeds I purchased, only 1 actually germinated. I used the same process for the successful seed as I did for the failed ones. I get not all seeds will produce seedlings, but an 80% fail rate seems high for the amount I paid

I paid for 3 OG Kush Auto seeds and the first one I tried to germinate failed to after weeks in a damp paper towel. Very disappointing.

I started 2 seeds and they never germinated. I've never had a problem starting seeds. They must be old.

I ordered seeds over a month ago and still have not received them I have a tracking number and when I try to track the package all it shows is that a shipping label was created over a month ago and still has not been shipped. And I still have not received my seeds

I have not received my package yet. And today which is Monday August 18th at 3:05. I just checked and now they saying that they can't track my package.

I have been ordering from Seedsman for many years. While shipping has sped up slightly with the opening of a US distribution center, everything else has declined rapidly. I am LUCKY to get a 50% germination rate. Customer service…what is that??? You offer coupons, but they can not be combined on over priced products. You no longer guarantee germination, which speaks volumes. Overall, I am highly disappointed in the direction your company has taken and hope to find a replacement in the near future.
