My order was not right and there is no way by email or phone to get it fixed. I was charged $53.95 for an $18 seed and only received one seed. I tried email I got sent links that won’t open on your site. You need to improve your response to these things. You’ve lost my business. Also the phone number answers asks for order information name and number the promptly hangs up before I can give you this information.

Wish I was writing a good review. However when finally receiving my order I literally received nothing of which I ordered! I ordered blue dream autos and two other autos from Mephisto! I was shorted in my order and received photoperiods only! Seeing as my tent is only 30”x30”x60” I don’t think I will be able to grow the photoperiod seeds i was sent! I had heard only good things about Seedsman! But since the matter remains uncorrected I will not ne ordering again

The website ordering process was very clunky. Ordered premium seed (Barney's). I'm an experienced grower. Two of three failed to launch. Will now deal with the tent with plants almost 3 weeks apart.

After the fiasco of charges, which were corrected I am still waiting for the order, billed to Venmo to arrive. Please advise. Thank you, Rose Beninger PS My order was put in at least two wee ks ago.

Place order and was over charged. Was charge for the all the freebies they added onto my order. Have been trying to contact customer support for 2 week with nothing. Tried email & just get robot email back with links that don't work. Tried calling to no one to talk and leace a message then hangs up before you can leave a message.

1 of 6 of my seeds sprouted. I am an expert grower, so I know my method isn't the problem. I contacted Seedsman by email and they didn't respond.

I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND Its been 1 month & I STILL dDO NOT have my order! I would like a FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! RENEE & RICH HAMER If you don't have them, just refund my money. I am NOT HAPPY!!!I ordered my seeds on Feb. 25. AND still don't have them. My review is poor because I I have nothing to review. I have written twice before with no response. Overall experience so far , NOT GREAT!

i had a bad batch ,i guess . i ham 67 ha e bee growing for over 20yrs .i know what im doing .out of 10 seeds ,my order i got 2 plants ..very disapoiunted
