“The payment didn't go through the first time, and it didn't go through the second time either....Later I ordered seeds on another site. But the payment went through. Okay. I decided to return these seeds back to you and cancel the order to order other seeds. But again no. I CANNOT call you!!!!???? And in response to my letter aboutIt took a few days for you to respond and the response was completely off topic!!! Why can't I call you and why can't I return the product??? This is disgusting! I won't buy from you again and I won't recommend it to others”

“Seedsman has turned horrible. Bait and switch tactics when ordering seeds. Getting sour diesel and OG Kush seeds. The plants were not even close. Last year I had under 80% germination rate. They gave me auto seeds, this is experimental garbage. Poor growth, nasty tasting buds. Waste of space and effort. The worst is this year. I purchased feminized seeds,and they sent me auto seeds. I complained immediately to the worthless customer service department. Barbara , Marty, Christopher all basically told me to pound sand.they shorted me a 10$ seed and didn't include one 3 pack of seeds. Plus a 3 pack of unwanted auto seeds. 7 seeds short of what I ordered. Customer service never responded back to me. Predator company.”

“Ordering and shopping went well. It was growing. No support. And only 4 out of 6 seeds sprouted. Very disappointed. And no one will ever help you. This is the worst place to buy seeds from. Fair warning. Buy from somwwhere else.”

“I still have not received my order. It was supposed to be delivered on the 24th of March. We are in April now. I ordered weeks ago . Time is running out 😭. My package was expensive 🫰. If you track it. It's been at the same location for a week 😕. I hope seedsman gets it together because they haven't helped me at all. I did contact them 2 times first. They just told me to continue to wait.”

“I have ordered twice now and both times you send me seeds that are not mature they are white in color and will not germinate no matter what method I use. I will not be buying anymore of your seeds I have also sent numerous emails and was told each time someone would contact me no one has ever contacted me sorry but I am not a fan of getting seeds that do not look like what you advertise you have lost a customer especially since you do not even follow up with your loyal customers!”
