The ordering was fine. Website was easy to use and yes I found what I was looking for. I have yet to recieve my order and the tracking is not being updated. My order is still “processing”. I’ve reached out to customer service and they say the order is packaged and ready to go they are just waiting for a carrier to pick up?

Seedsman doesn't honor promotions or even accept the new customer dicount promo. Claims there are promotions on different seeds but they don't actually tally up in your cart. Customer service consists of an AI bot that is by far the most useless bot I've ever had to deal with. Out of 13 seeds I've had 2 germinate. I've been gardening for 40 years and run a market garden. 2 out of 13 is robbery. Stay away from this site, they are thieves. I miss the Single Seed Centre. Edit: After leaving this review I immediately started getting spammed by Seedsman trying to get me to change my review. I got seven emails from them in 10 minutes, all trying to get me to lie about them. No, my review is honest and candid. Tiny, underdevoped white seeds that aren't viable and failed to germinate, no promotions are honored the way they claim they are, customer service is nonexistent until you leave them a bad review. Stay away from this vendor. Edit 2: The guy Tom is trying to say they did everything they could, but they literally have done nothing but spam my email account with requests to revise my review. I sent screenshots of this to Tom but like I've said already, they are thieves so it's not surprising they are liars as well. Edit 2: After being spammed with emails trying to force me to change my review, and then the seller Tom refusing to issue a refund and making every dumb excuse he could think of as to why they sold unviable seeds, I continue to get spammed with 4-5 emails on a regular basis with the goal of getting me to change my review. Folks, stay away from these people. Don't give them any of your personal information. If it doesn't stop I'll have to file a restraining order against them just to force them to stop harassing me.

I purchased some autos last fall. Got seeds started in paper towels. Dropped into rich black dirt outside. All of them died. I read your advice on growing autos. So I ordered more autos in June. I received a total of 10 auto seeds. I dropped seeds in water for 24 hours. Then planted in holes in ground that I filled with a half foot of peet moss 1 inch deep. Only one sprouted. It's about 2 inches tall and hasn't grown any since. It just sits there, not dieing the leaves are pretty and green. It's been 10 days since sprouting. Needless to say I'm not a happy customer and will not be ordering autos again.

Seeds may be great. That’s yet to be determined but the very expensive nutrients I purchased have never came and the “act of congress” it takes to speak to a human being evidently is just not worth it! I think I’ll try somewhere else.

Only 5 of 11 seeds germinated and no one responded to my messages! Seeds were not delivered in reasonable time. Very poor service!!!

One seed ends up costing over $30. If you order one seed only there is no warranty. My seed did not germinate and I'm out 30 bucks. Thirty bucks lol. Back in the days when I was growing after high school people were throwing seeds away. Want a seed? Sure, have 1000.

I accidentally ordered the wrong seeds. Immediately contacted them (the next minute) about it. They didn’t reply for 2 days until I got an automatic email that they’re on the way. A person then replied the next day saying it’s too late and they already shipped them. 0/10 As for the seeds, a seed i a seed there’s not much to mess up there.

I have yet to receive my purchase. I have emailed the company about the fact that I didn’t receive my purchase and got no response back yet. I am hesitant to purchase again from this company since it seems they are not interested in customer satisfaction in my opinion. I hope they prove me wrong and fix my situation.

I planned on having four plants after trying to germinate only one germinated. When I went to contact them because I bought singles, they don’t promise germination very disappointed and will not be back here..

Purchased 3 seeds,only 1opened.can’t seem to get them on the phone.no phone number,no way to contact them! And now they are trying to get me to revise my review without giving me the seeds they cheated me out of

Hi Tom, Ordering-good. Delivery-good. Results-not good. Did not live up to your 90% success rate claim. 40% was the actual figure. This was my first time ordering from Seedsman, I’ve never had this issue with any other supplier. Very disappointing. If you live in a country where germinating seeds is not legal, in my experience you are likely to receive dead seeds. Kind regards Geoff

Missing freebie seeds that I had anticipated as part of my order and response from customer service has not been timely. Would not recommend and will not be ordering again. It has now been a week later and this has not been resolved. I have a new order number that cannot be searched and another 5 business days without a shipping confirmation. Never again!

seeds did not germinate properly, most not at all. I have experienced this before with other places. Tried to contact support but cound not find a way to reach a real human. Never again.

Out of the 16 seeds I planted only two grew. All of them were germinated the same way. The two that grew do look great. I just wish more of the seeds I purchased grew into a plant. If you can make up for this I may consider purchasing again, otherwise I am done.
