Items missing in my order, I’ve tried to get the issue resolved; however, I was unsuccessful doing so. I’m still awaiting an update on my missing item. It took 5 days to ship items also. No a good look for first order 🤦🏽‍♂️!

You see on your computer exactly what I've ordered from your company. It was my first order from your company. All but 1 seed was a dead seed. Then you sent me 3 seeds for free of witch 1 seed was good. What kind of company steals money like this and gets away with it. Please do not send me a response on your quality control. I need replacements of my investment. I'm very upset over this. It could have $500 invested. But let's try to get back on good terms. I had no problem with any of that, but none of my seeds were good i’ve ordered two times in the past and I had no problem.

Sorry seedsman.com but I live I the same block that have the same address as me 9802 sage lake ln and this is not the the first time but from different orders from different site so its not new to me so yeah that's what's going on now so I well see what is going on so tell me that and I have to order them again I will just too see what is happening so thank you

Didn't receive the package. Requested a refund and haven't received it. Why state you won't deliver to post office boxes when that is how I received the first one. Customer service agent doesn't know how the u.s. post office works 9

out of 18 seeds only 7 germinated of Peyote brand, customer service gives run around when I try to contact. Given information three times with no response.

One of my clones was delivered in bad shape compared to the other three and I gave it a week in hopes it would recover to which it did not. I sent an email and got a response. “I’m sorry but you have to report it within 24 hours of receiving it” I’m sorry but I’m an optimist and was willing to give this sick plant a chance. It’s not the money but principle and most definitely not my fault but it is my problem.

Sadly, past this timeline, our Clone provider is no longer able to assist with replacement.

Only one seed of 4 germinated, and it was a very weak sprout that didn't survive. Very disappointing for the amount of money spent on so few seeds.

Guaranteed 90% germanation, That's a lie... Try 100% failure and customer service SUCKS. Be prepared to have photos from the time you order. Wait dosn't matter this company (waste of comercial space) just wants your money.
