My seeds didn't germinate, I opened a support ticket and they sent me a link to upload pictures and provide additional information. The link was broken "Page not found" there is no way to talk to someone. The support chat but also sucks and only allows one picture to be uploaded when I have five pictures. I will never buy from seedsman again. This is the worst customer experience EVER!

If you reply to the ticket that sent you the link someone will reply to you. We have an extremely active customer service team who will help you. Please be a little patient they are busy but still should be back to you within 24 hours. Best regards Seedsman

Rcvd 3/5/25 seeds dated 2/23 2weeks/2days and still not germinated. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Send viable seeds or a refund. I have been very successful growing for years not a novice.

7 seeds out of 26 is not worth 140 dollars.. i suggest growers choice seeds instead.. so grateful i didnt buy 1000...

Package was not delivered. Now I have to go file a claim with the USPS, and wait for them to reply and I may hopefully be refunded but there are no Guaranties. It is time to plant and now have to wait another three weeks or order and take the chance the next package will arrive.

Your website kept failing.itried to reach customer service but barbera had her own ideas .I spent 45 minutes trying to get to live agent but she kept going back to oops I didn't get last msg .I was nervous as my last order never grew so I went back to a strain I've grown many times over the years .I was able to finish my order and they did arrive in decent time but once again 2 out of 3 never sprouted so I will never order again .nobody ever contacted me by email or after I left voice msg .

I thought I had purchased some premium genetics from Seedsman at good prices, only to discover they sold and sent me duds. When I complained about the 100% failure rate of their genetics, I was told it was my fault, even though all my other genetics germinated in the same conditions. This was my first and last purchase from Seedsman. 0 / 10

Very poor experience only half the seeds I bought germinated and the free seeds didn’t terminate at all would not recommend this site

Not even a single one of the seeds sprouted, and also didnt start to grow. This is a bad experience and I would never recommend your company to anyone.

I wish they would have used a different name on my credit card statement like they said they would. They said it would be SMGardening but it was seedsman. There was also no tracking on my package. I did contact them but received a nonsensical response. Packaging, ease of ordering and delivery time was great! I just wish they would have respected my privacy like they claimed to do.

Tom the sugar haze seeds only one sprouted. Duped is what I feel and in the back of my head I expected to get ripped off on seeds. I am tired of store weeds and needed these good genetics with real highs. I waited one month at least before making the review and only one sprouted of ten. I will try the free seeds to see if they sprout. Please help
