I haven’t actually received my first order. You shipped it in a paper envelope which was subsequently destroyed by USPS machines. Don’t use paper envelopes.

Thank you so much for your review we really appreciate all those that take the time to leave feedback. We do test seeds from all batches of seeds that we offer for sale and only release seeds from batches that test over 95% germination, and request all our supplier maintain the same high standards. So we are very confident with the viability of the products we sell. This said they are live products and issues can happen so we ask anyone who has had issues and believe it was the seeds not them to contact our customer service team so we can look to rectify. The seeds purchased this year were a bust. They didn't want to germinate. The few that did. Didn't grow. Won't thrive. They. Acted like they were old seeds. Not to miss this year's growing season. We had to purchase seeds elsewhere. Sorry for the bad review. But that's what happened.

Hey - thanks so much for your review. Sorry to hear that you had issues with our seeds. We do test seeds from all batches we release for sale and hold our suppliers to the same standards. We only release for sale seeds that have tested over 95% germination. This said they are live products and issues can occur. Nous testons les graines de tous les lots de graines que nous vendons et ne mettons en vente que les graines des lots qui testent plus de 95 % de germination, nous sommes donc très confiants quant à la qualité des graines que nous vendons. You're seeds are worthless. I have been a medical cannabis patient for years and grow my own. You seedsman have made it impossible to grow my own. Seeds don't germinate and even if they did I really wonder if they're any good. Never again I don't want them replaced. I need my money back. Because of the time I have this summer. Thanks to you I'm out of medicine for the whole year. Geez F..........

I received my seeds faster than what I thought but after taking the proper steps to get the seeds started only the 4 free seeds I got for purchasing seeds started all the other 6 never did a thing very unhappy about the situation.

I ordered $70 worth of items from Seedsman. I am writing this review 17 full days after I placed my order. I still have not received my order! My order was shipped and returned to the sender by USPS and has been sitting for the past week. I’ve had minimal contact with support and the contact I have had failed to mention any reason for why my shipment never arrived, has not responded to my request to ship a new order, and has not made any effort to make the situation right. The absolute least I could ask for is my order to be expedited and there has been no initiative from anyone at Seedsman to get my order reshipped. You pride yourselves on quick customer care yet have failed at that every day for the past week.

We, and our suppliers, test seeds from all batches we release and only sell seeds from batches that have tested over 95% germination so we are confident with the seeds we sell. Didn't get any of the freebies that was a total of 12 all together 420 was a lure about time the order was processed it was down to 2 freebies pack of 3 me and my buddy saw more but no worries I'll just take my business elsewhere

Ordering and delivery was awesome. The seeds themselves were the issue. The care taken , sprouted quickly no growth, then died. Not worth the money spent.

Experience was subpar to put it nicely. Order took way longer to ship out than I ever expected, especially when the company is touting delivery from within the U.S. everywhere on the site. When I reached out multiple times to customer service, they simply didn't acknowledge my request for over a week until the order shipped out - after which they said something to the effect of "it's on its way". To be honest the whole experience made me feel unimportant. I'll be using a different seed bank in the future, no doubt.

Very Disappointed, and maybe it was just me or a one time experience, also don’t like to talk bad about people but horrible experience, no customer support call back. No addressing my complaint, no seeds, no refund, no calls. I just went looking elsewhere, quick to take my money but ghost when trying to get a answer back or talk to anyone,

I'm very disappointed int eh seeds I received. One package was missing three seeds. The Gelato seeds I purchased are all coming up small and weak. The seeds were very small and weak. I've been growing for over 30 years, so I know what healthy seeds look like, and these were frankly garbage. I contaced support, which as a Chat GPT bot, then a human asked for pictures. How do you take pictures of missing seeds? I'll never come back here again.

Took advantage of the Bogo sale. Well, I bought one but did not get one. Contacted customer service, they then tell me that my seeds did not qualify.Even though the webpage clearly stated bogo. First time and last time customer.

USPS are very specific with addresses and will not accept parcels with the smallest of errors or deviance from what they have in their system so we do have to align addresses with what's in USPS system which can sometimes take time.
