Ordered 5 seeds and got 5 free as a promo. Supposed to get 3 free for spending over $50. Never got them and customer service basically said I was wrong. Overall packaged well, haven’t started them yet but expect no issues there. Just don’t expect bonus seeds

Last order only 1 of 5 seeds grew. Would not germinate. I’m no rookie either pretty disappointed from that batch. I’ ll see with this next one I ordered if I’ll be a return customer

Finding what you want is great service great. But when I went to cart I had free seeds. Then when order message came no free seeds. Sent message gave me the answer of if you didn’t have enough in there no free seeds. Well there was enough. Got no reply after that.

Thanks for your review. We do test seeds from all the batches of seeds that we sell - and only release for sale seeds that test over 95% germination - we are therefore very confident with the quality of the seeds that we sell. We also hold our suppliers to the same high standards. This said these are live products and competencies & environments vary so we try to help customers if they have issues. I bought the seeds that were supposed to be free on my order over $15. I messaged about it and got a general answer that didn't address the fact. So I let you know that but put in my order anyway. Then you messaged saying you would add to my order because I still had items in my cart. But I never got the deal I was trying to get for the free blood moon gelato seeds. Not happy to have to pay for them,but I wanted them.

The order arrived promptly as all our seedsman orders have. The seeds, have not performed as usual. They came up weak and spindly and will not survive. First issue we’ve had. I wrote a note to CS

Had two of the same order not germinate for me I don't know if maybe they are a little old I thought maybe it was me I had six Acapulco Gold seeds from another company a germinated them and all six sprouted and are growing good. I got to replace the first time with no questions asked the second time I understand not replacing them and just is a hard pill to swallow. Hell out of Ten seeds if they were viable I should have accidentally been able to get some to germinate.lol.

My first purchase was delivered a week late. I bought the cannakan. The heat pad on the cannakan does not work right it is roughly 20 degrees off. I emailed about it and never received a response back. My second purchase again was over a week late, I emailed and after the the second email I finally got a response making me sound like a anxious kid, which I didn't appreciate. I understand things happen, I understand you guys feel that since you mailed the order you did your job. But if your having a problem with a delivery service you should probably look for a more reliable delivery. If you advertise 3-5 day shipping then that's what it should be especially when your charging shipping. Based on reviews this is a common problem I wish I would of known prior. And customer service well that is just as important. A proper response to my emails probably would of change my outlook. I got quicker response from you guys on social media , just telling me that you only care when people are watching and could further effect your business. That's sad and bad business. There are a lot of reliable seed banks in the world. I bought a lot from a couple other banks and well my orders came early. Unfortunately you lost a customer. And future recommendations. Good luck and hope y'all make some adjustments.

The seeds were much better last year, but ever since about a year ago, they stop sprouting. I used to get all my seeds from them, but I will need to move on….alas

I've ordered from seedsman 3 times, and my package has been late 3 times. I was overcharged once, however they did give me a few loyalty points for the inconvenience. Of they limit how many points you can actually use, but they did give me points. Genetics are fine once you get them, but it's a far better experience ordering directly from the breeder. Oh and, customer service is AI, no real person will ever actually help you. So overall, kinda lame.

Three out of the six seeds I purchased didn’t germinate/were a waste of money. I sent an email with pictures with no response. Never had this happen to me before purchasing seeds through a “trusted” website/seller.
