Shopping was OK, but the seed I purchased did not sprout. Wasted $15 for one seed

The seeds I bought this time are not growing very well, the stems became very long and they flopped over by the time the leaves came out. I tried to stimulate them to grow thicker by mimicking the wind but it did not help. One of them has died because the stem broke.

I ordered 6 seeds, 3 Sour Desiel and 3 Pineapple OG. After planting all the same way, only 2 seeds grew. That's 2 out of 6 seeds. Not a good percentage. It might be better to buy seeds somewhere else.

Some seeds did not germinate. Some were a bit small. Did not yield much.

I would say seeds came fast sprouted fast then unfortunately out of all 12 they died. Reached out to customer support haven't heard back yet but it was during this weekend. I did not know to take picture of seeds in paper towel with date and times marked until I went to submit for a refund.

I don't have a green thumb. My overall experience was very good but my luck with plants wasn't. I have one lonely survivor.

Im only giving a 3 star rating because of my experience with seedsman last year in which I placed two differnt orders and recieved 26 seeds total and had a 100 percent germination rate. I also recieved 4 extra seedsman from your company which i did not ask for or expect but was thankful or also all germinated. The entire experience was top notch and why I ordered from seedsman again and recommeded to others. Unfortunately I did not order a second order this year as I intended because germination rate of first order which was 11 out of 21 and 6 of those were the freebie autoflowers and is great but I order photoperiod because an outdoor grower is what I will always be. So this year I ended up with 5 out 15 seeds and limited time left if any to replace what i thought already had let alone time for that second order. Hopefully seedsman will understand and improve on this so this never happens to anyone who shares the enjoyment of the outdoor growing experience I do.

We do test seeds from all batches of seeds that we offer for sale and only release seeds from batches that test over 95% germination, and request all our supplier maintain the same high standards. So we are very confident with the viability of the products we sell. This said they are live products and issues can happen so we ask anyone who has had issues and believe it was the seeds not them to contact our customer service team so we can look to rectify. Ordering was simple and the delivery process was smooth and fast, but a portion of the seeds I received did not germinate overall three out of five stars, unsure if would recommend

I should have ordered something other than blueberry muffin from Humboldt seeds. 4 out of 5 so far with no plant, hopefully the last one is good. The free sample seeds are great though, two out of two nice small plants already. I'll order again but something from you guys probably, not Humboldt, after reading their reviews I heard a lot of the same problems I had. But otherwise awesome customer service and great selection.

Overall a great experience, but 2 of the autos didn't germinate for some reason, seed split but no tail. Others are doing ok so far

Many thanks for your review. Sorry to hear you have had issues with our seeds. We, and our suppliers, test seeds from all batches we release and only sell seeds from batches that have tested over 95% germination so we are confident with the seeds we sell. That said these are live products so issues can occur. We deal with each on their own merit when customers get in touch through our customer service portal. Can you please do that please? Everything I ordered arrived on time without being tampered with so the seur delivery was appreciated. I didn't recieve the promoted free merch seedsman goodies (stickers, tags, papers and baggies). I did reach out to the support but it was not helpful at this time responses were automated and unclear say that this service is no longer available and has been moved I tried to contact the new service but it was also automated and cold was unhelpful listing my inquiry as my own decision.

Ordering was easy shipping was extremely slow i didn't get my second 10 pack of fastbuds blueberry auto as was advertised as bogo wasn't happy about nor and I pushing to get it will I use seedman again I might I just get tired of feeling like I got took advantage of seedman didn't offer very man freebies when ya order seeds ya want to make sure oh but they will make sure u got magnets and sticker to advertise for them all in all wasn't impressed do better seedsman
