Everything was good except I never received my skunk seeds, I spoke with Laura through e-m explaining the outer package was partially sliced open and possibly lost in transit. She said she would reship them, your customer service is spot on, Thank You

Had to contact customer service several times because everyone I tried ordering I was being charged over double the actual price. This went on for 5 weeks before they figured it out , then instead of ups delivery that I paid for and would have been delivered in 2 to 3 days, my package was transferred over to USPS which took 9 days. But I did get all the seeds after all that.

I purchased some fast buds and all of them damped out. The freebies didn't work out either. Maybe it's the grower, or... maybe the breader. I have been sucessful w/ other seeds, just not this batch.

I recently ordered seeds from this site, taking advantage of a special offer that included two free seeds with my purchase. I was very pleased with the quality and packaging of the seeds I paid for—they arrived well-protected and in great condition. However, I was a bit disappointed with the free seeds, as they were loosely packed in the pouch without any protective casing, and one of them was unfortunately squashed. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase, but better packaging for the free seeds would make a positive difference.

Usually pretty consistent. However the price for customers who buys frequently, should reflect the continuous business. Usually the delivery is fairly quick and painless. Just would love to see some change in the prices for frequent buyers.

Many of my autoflowers became. Hemaphrodites. My last order of autoflowers were not autoflowers they are growing like regular seeds.

The website is easy to you and navigate so I can appreciate that. Seedsman also had a buy one get one deal which was also nice. The only problem i experienced was the long shipping time they had a ordered packed for usps to pick up and i understand the delays with usps but in the website it say that if usps doesn’t pick it up they will deliver it to the usps store just doesn’t make sense that I pay 10$ extra dollars for advance shipping but still takes 10 days to get here.

My first order was lost and after 7days of not being able to get in contact with a real person at Seedsman, finally they got ahold of me because i got in contact with a seedsman affiliate that made sure my order was fixed. That order was then re-send to me with no problems. First seed that was germinated didnt make it past 4 days. Second seed germinated did make it but had yellow cotyledons. I will be trying HomeGrownCannabis Co. Next to see if they are any better.

I’m not happy with the customer service and the time it takes to get the seeds. I tried to contact y’all about the delay of my seeds and all I got was computer response and it didn’t even answer my questions at all. As I go down this answering these questions I tried to answer with poor and y’all won’t let me it automatically goes to as expected. Not good at all.

Honestly, I don't know why I continue to use seedsman. The seeds almost always pop, and if they don't they're guaranteed. Delivery is fine also. The problem is the ordering interface. It sucks. The results are inconsistent and almost always have omissions. You could turn me from a user into a stark raving fan if you released a significantly improved customer interface.

So far 8/12 seeds attempted have beens duds. Started per the directions. Other 4 are going good so far.

Overall went as it should have. I tried you guys over my normal seed bank and the only difference is that you guys as a gift gave me a marker and labels which I don't need. My normal seed bank give a free 3 pack of beans with every order. Not going to lie I was pretty disappointed getting a marker. Otherwise you guys did ok.

First, I will say that the seeds i got from Seedsman germinated easily and are growing well. Their excellent reputation for quality strains with good genetics seems well deserved. However, I had a problem with one of their promotions. I ordered two 5-seed packs of autos that were listed as being part of a BOGO promotion. The website said BOGO items would be added to the order "automatically", so I expected two additional 5-packs to be included. They were not (they did include a nice cork logo coaster). When I inquired about it, I was told, that to qualify for the BOGO promotion, I had to order three 5-packs and I had only ordered two. They sent a screenshot of my order and circled a slider at the top that showed I had not reached the BOGO Promised Land. I guess I missed it and I guess that's entirely on me. I do feel this was somwhat of a "gotcha" and that the 3 item requirement to achieve the BOGO you thought you were getting is not adequately displayed. I can't say I won't shop there again but, if I do, I will definitely be more aware of any fine-print requirements to get any promised discounts or extras.

Ordering was fairly simple and easy but I was unable to purchase what I wanted due to quantity stipulations and warehouse stock locations. The seeds I recieved terminated quickly and appear of good quality however.
