I ordered 2 different 5 packs both from Dutch Passion. They came quickly. Skywalker Haze all germinated but the Sugar Bomb Punch only 1 of the 5 seeds germinated. This may be a breeder issue but they don’t ship to the USA.

Thanks for the review. Sorry to hear you had issues with the Sugar Bomb - our suppliers, like us do have testing protocols for their seeds and should only be selling seeds over 95% germination. Do speak with our customer service team and see if they can help. Dutch Passion will be selling in the USA in February themselves but we are doing their logistics. Best Seedsman

Shipped with incomeplete address, then returned to sender. Re-shipped 8 days after Seedsman received the return. I'm still waiting for the 2nd shipment, but it is in tracking. Not very pleased as I had expected to start around Christmas. Otherwise, quality products, but could offer more free seeds as others do.

Germinated 8seeds 4 sweet skunk and 4 fast Blueberry only had one of each come up . Germinated 3 northern light auto seeds all 3 came up

Thanks so much for your review. We do test seeds from all batches of seeds that we sell and only offer seeds for sale from batches of seeds that test over 95% germination. At this time of year we recommend clients are extra careful with temperatures. If you have had problems by all means speak with our customer service team who will see what they can do to help. First and foremost, let me say that I never have a problem with any of the products that I have bought from Seedsman.com. However, there are some issues with your shipping methods. No tracking number or confirmation Of where this pack is was. It just showed up two and a half weeks later. As far as my account information on your website was concerned the order had been processed, comma which is about as accurate as all the other order information on my account some saying that the orders are still being processed. When trying to contact customer service or support. Your only option is an email, that you don't respond to for several days, as much as I enjoy your products. I do not enjoy buying from you.

Thanks so much for this review. We really appreciate it. We had been very up to speed with customer service and were replying same day. We then had a few issues which caused a backlog and we weren't able to get more help as quick as we needed. We will review this in January and make sure we have the issue sorted for 2024. I ordered 2 five packs of two different strains when I went to cash out I wasn't offered any free packs of anything... Even tho its choose ur own free 1,5,10,pack of mix n match i couldn't..

Thanks for your review. The promotion is when you buy three packets of a certain packet size that you get the bonus seeds. We thought we had explained it well on the site but will review the wording to ensure others dont get mistaken. Thanks and best wishes for 2024. Seedsman

I like the seeds and the fast shipping. But when I order the system wouldn't update and I got less seeds than i anticipated. Other than that is cool.

The shipping was ridiculously slow with USPS. I think my order arrived in ten days, but worse than that, the three promotional OG KUSH seeds were duds, not one germinated. I hope the other $100.00 worth is not the same quality. MM

There is little we can do when we have given goods to USPS but we do review service providers and may soon also offer UPS delivery. Otherwise We have made a lot of improvements in 2023 - which we can see our customers are loving. Quicker order processing and, a wider, more diverse catalogue fulfilling our our mission to have the most exciting catalogue together with the best shopping experience ensuring our customers do not need to shop anywhere else. I did get my order but way too long without any communication. Did not get notification that they were shipped. Took almost 3 wks to get the order. This was my first time using Seedsman and will try again but it was a long process. I use another site/co regularly and get notified when shipped (usually within 3days) and normally receive in just over a week without paying extra for a faster delivery. Again- I will use the site again, maybe a one off or just the time of year.

Your comments on shipping are completely fair - we had made some big improvements in this respect but they fell over slightly when we had two key employees go off sick over the Black Friday promotion. We will review and put in place steps that prevent those delays and lack of communication from happening. Otherwise in general we have made a lot of improvements in 2023 - which we can see our customers are loving. Quicker order processing and delivery times generally plus, a wider, more diverse catalogue helping progress on our mission to have the most exciting catalogue together with the best shopping experience ensuring our customers do not need to shop anywhere else. The description of the product was good and the bargain was great! My problem came when you notified me via email that my order had indeed shipped and was to be expected in my mail a week early. I understand the huge order volume caused by the discount and hope that you learned from this.

Submitted my order on black Friday was supposed to get two for one on my orders only received one witches wedding Pack and one number 18 pack after placing an order I never received a tracking number I was in the dark when it was supposed to come in

Good quality seeds, but the tracking wasn't working for my recent order wich made me quite nervous but I got a message from my post service today that my package 📦 have arrived so everything is good, thank you.

My seeds came kind of late I had to get in contact with USPS it came tree days after the expected time I ordered more for Black Friday sales but I haven't received a tracking number yet
