The order I placed was supposed to come with three free Bubba Kush seeds but it only came with one. When I went to their website for customer support, it said in the instance that not all seeds are accounted for; I need to take a picture as proof. Take a picture of what, the empty package it came in? I threw that away the day I opened it so now I suppose I'm just out of the other two free seeds which isn't the biggest deal in the world, but is certainly annoying after spending so much money as a first time customer. I doubt I will shop here again as I haven't had these issues with other seed companies.

Update: Received replacement seeds today. Thank you. FYI - Lemon Tart is apparently a 5 seed package NOT a 6 seed package as advertised Only after posting the following review was I contacted by customer service and informed I would be sent a new shipment of seeds. I will update this review when/if I actually receive the seeds. "Received my order in a timely manner. Found I was missing seeds in sealed packaging. Did an online "chat" and found I needed to fill out a damaged/missing item form. Filled it out, sent it. THEN I find out I should have sent pics of everything I received in order for problem to be addressed. I filled out a second form with pic and have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from your company since... Your customer service sucks! I paid for 6 Lemon Tart seeds. There were 5 seeds in the package. Should have received 3 Bubba Kush seeds as a freebie. I received 1 seed in package. How is this even possible with sealed packages? Quality control needs some improvement"

Had problems with germination. 1 1/2 weeks in damp paper towel, no tap root. Germination refund not laid out beforehand. Didn't label paper towel, didn't take a pic of before and after. Oh well, I'll just take one for the team I guess.

Had a probelm with my order, tried to contact someone right after it was placed but all i could get was an "AI" chat bot that said someone would email me. However, by the time "someone" emailed me, it was too late to change anything. So, i guiess i would say customer service is not a strong suit for Seedsman.

Everything was great but I wasn't told I would loose my gantree if I put the seeds in dirt I had a seed failure.

Placing my order was easy and delivery super fast, unfortunately even with all the care, only 2 seeds out of 5 actually germanated. Which was rather a bummer

When i got my seeds the little container was open! I lost 2 when I open package. I was able to plant 1. Its been 12 and haven't sprouted! I know you guys are a good company. My experience was not that great. But if and when the one seed sprouts, that could change everything! Lol

Hello every time I order seeds I lose most of them trying to get them to grow. They're outrageously expensive. I would buy much more if you offered more at a lower price. The ordeal it takes to grow a plant is not worth it if the seed cost a fortune.

I had 1 pop out of 3 seeds this year last year I had 2 pop out of 3.

Never had a problem before ordering here. My order was shipped to wrong town. I tried to let customer service know, but they didn't get my email open for two days and shipped package out. I had to drive 2 hours to get my package. Only other choice was to wait till it was returned to Seedsman and then they would send to correct address.

Shopping here was great but did not receive my order. My order was delivered to the wrong address and i have been going back and forth with ups and seedman and still have no product or my money back.

Ordering was easy, shipping was quick, product was mehhh. Out of the nine seeds only three came to fruition

The Verity of seeds they have is amazing, ordered everything I wanted. Purchase and shipping were fast, my issue is when my delivery arrived everything I ordered was missing. I ordered 32 seeds and I received 1 seed in my delivery would have been 5 star if not for this issue and trying to sort it with customers service is a nightmare

Ordering - This was quite arduous. The website kept lagging which made sorting through and adding items to the basket difficult. Once all the items had been and added to the basket, I had to back out of the basket due to confusing information about payment currencies. This emptied my basket and meant I had to start again (facing the same laborious proccess of sorting and adding items to my basket). Delivery - it wasnt made clear who the carrier would be, so the tracking just provided and code with no company to check it against. That being said, the items were delivered on time, well packaged and in good condition. Overall - I would consider using them again but the ordering process would a real dampener on my williness. The customer service team were polite and helpful.

Placed a order which was cancelled so I ordered again with diffeent payment method which I received but still got charged for both transactions still haven't recived a refund.
