Order arrived on time and the 4/20 deals were nice. Everything arrived with no issues. Tbd on the germination, but I have faith.

When everything goes smoothly Seedsman is great, i have used them multiple times never an issue but when they dont go smoothly the customer service will take care of you but it isnt the fastest or smoothest process... Create a ticket wait to hear back then back and forth with emails. Dont expect a quick fix to any issues, its a process. In my case over a week with my card charged and no order created (tech glitch) everything was taken care of in the end. I got a good deal and got what i paid for and it shipped right out the door once it went through all the channels. But i wasnt fun at all

I was satisfied with my purchase. I only germinated 1 seed so far but it was pretty quick. Shipping took 1 week. My suggestion, I know there are several ways to organize your shopping results, but I would like to see more ways to go through that massive catalog. Especially for beginners, like I really wanted to see beginner friendly outdoor strains that cam handle high heat and humidity better. Thank you

Sorry I have to honest in hopes it will make a difference. So I didn't receive the 420 bonus seeds for spending over 50. When I contacted customer service all I heard was they will check. Which okay they did and I did receive the bonus seeds however as a long time customer I wish the bonus seeds were indica as I use cannabis for medical reasons. Most the bonus seeds are sativa which I do not use. It would have been easy to look at my past orders. Hopefully in the future you could understand the customers needs. Thank you and wish I could give a better review as the indica seeds have all been really good In quality. P.S. the phone number on your community page doesn't work the 720 area code. You should take it off the website.

Order was not delivered properly originally due to packaging and label having issues. It’s been a few weeks now and not a single seed out of 50 total has popped. This has been pathetic and waste of money for all duds

Hope your cart can display full description of items in it, rather than image and details getting cropped by UI-specified box size, this includes promotional items offered. Not all your promotional seeds seem to germinate; 1/3 always has issues.
