“I am just kind of a beginner right now and I am just attempting to grow just certain seeds and with the extra seeds that I get free from you folks it is really kind of expanded my growing I really appreciate the help and so forth that I get when ordering from you guys and the shipping has been great since how I live in Alaska and it doesn't take much time for you guys to ship here.”

“My seeds didn't germinate, I opened a support ticket and they sent me a link to upload pictures and provide additional information. The link was broken "Page not found" there is no way to talk to someone. The support chat but also sucks and only allows one picture to be uploaded when I have five pictures. I will never buy from seedsman again. This is the worst customer experience EVER!”

If you reply to the ticket that sent you the link someone will reply to you. We have an extremely active customer service team who will help you. Please be a little patient they are busy but still should be back to you within 24 hours. Best regards Seedsman
