“The payment didn't go through the first time, and it didn't go through the second time either....Later I ordered seeds on another site. But the payment went through. Okay. I decided to return these seeds back to you and cancel the order to order other seeds. But again no. I CANNOT call you!!!!???? And in response to my letter aboutIt took a few days for you to respond and the response was completely off topic!!! Why can't I call you and why can't I return the product??? This is disgusting! I won't buy from you again and I won't recommend it to others”

“A shipping label was created on 4/16 and the shipping company is still waiting on the package.As of tonight 4/22 it still has not shipped according to tracking.”

“I ordered my seeds on April 7 and they have been lost in the USPS ever since. They made it to NJ in a week or so, then showed up in San Jose CA, then back to NJ. I’m still waiting…… My seeds finally arrived. The USPS was the problem.”
