“Ordering from Seedsman was smooth and straightforward, and the shipping was impressively fast—great service all around. The packaging was discreet and secure, which I appreciated. However, I did run into an issue with a few seeds that didn’t germinate. I’m wondering if that’s a common occurrence or just a one-off. Overall, still a solid experience, but a bit disappointing when some seeds don’t sprout.”

“The order I placed was supposed to come with three free Bubba Kush seeds but it only came with one. When I went to their website for customer support, it said in the instance that not all seeds are accounted for; I need to take a picture as proof. Take a picture of what, the empty package it came in? I threw that away the day I opened it so now I suppose I'm just out of the other two free seeds which isn't the biggest deal in the world, but is certainly annoying after spending so much money as a first time customer. I doubt I will shop here again as I haven't had these issues with other seed companies.”

“This is my go to seed marketplace. I am very impressed with the range of selections as well as the variety for begin beginners like myself however, my biggest issue was with customer service, particularly when it comes to orders such as mine where I had questions about the mega mix packs in which I kept getting conflicting information on if I would know which strain it is or not, which it turns out that I will never know, unless I identify it after it grows. When I asked customer service about this product. They weren’t much help, but other than that I enjoyed my experience and the speedy delivery and each one of my seeds were able to pop. Can’t beat that.”

“Order and delivery experience were great overall! One of my orders was missing a few items and it was corrected immediately after I contacted seedsman, every other delivery has been complete and arrived in a good amount of time. Great customer service!”
