“I have ordered 3 times all was good till they switched to ai for customer service then it’s been a hassle but overall good deals and best website just don’t listen to the ai and go right to tickets for any problem”

“I found everything I needed and more. Thank you and shipping was ok, arrived on time. I did have a problem with a purchase and never found out the exact reason why my purchase did not go through. I just used a different card and had no problems.”

“I ordered around christmas time and got them within a week. Got a few cool stickers for a couple seedsman strains. Wish all seeds came with stickers lol. Had some germination issues but customer support took care of it fast and sent me some replacements and i got those within a week as well. Ive ordered from seedsman a few times and every time i was happy with the overall experience! The first time I ordered from them they werent in US yet and I got my beans in a toy box hidden very well! Thanks seedsman for always being on point and making me feel comfortable knowing my online order will be okay! u guys rock!”

“My experience using y’all was great. The USPS sent my package to the wrong location but I finally got it straightened out and received it on March 24th a little late but not Seedsman fault.. When I emailed y’all it was very helpful and got the information I needed. Plan on using Seedman in the future.”
