“My first experience didn’t go so good!!! but to make sure it wasn’t my fault bc you guys came highly recommended i placed another order and this time 100% satisfaction not sure what went wrong first time but my second order is going great! plants I did get from first order were amazing just not enough of them germinate but this time all of them did germinate and there looking good so far happy I gave it second chance”

“I switched to Seedsman a few years ago. Their 420 promotions offer great values and many freebies that give you a chance to try brands, I wouldn't normally try due to higher prices per seed. Seeing is believing and the Seedsman brand never disappoints. I have had one customer service interaction over the years and Seedsman customer service was more than accomodating to address my concern. I would like to see more mix packs beyond the two current pack choices (Fast Buds and Seedsman) with 4-6 seeds in each. Lastly, it would be great to get some packaging promotions from your seed companies where they offer free additional seeds enclosed in the packaging being purchased.”

“I love the seeds, but, a small thing. You were going to give me some “bonus” seeds. You didn’t send those. Plus, the 5 seeds I did buy, only 3 of them took. I realize, you don’t have control over all of that, but, that is my only beef. Those extra seeds would have come in handy under the circumstances.”

“I find your company one of the best I’ve came across. So I’m a lifetime customer. As recently I went and double ordered as the site had been renewed. Either yours or paypals. An it was very confusing . So I ended up spending way more than I should have. But I was able to leave you a message with times and dates so youse could see that I did it immediately. And you got it sorted out for me. I have had trouble in the past too. So I was confident that you would sort it out and you did almost immediately. So I’m very happy with they way you conduct yourselves when it comes to dealing with customers in a professional and dignified way. So I take my hat off to you guys. As I’ve never once had a problem and I’ve been with you since as early as 2013. So as far as I’m concerned youse have been the best. Thank you for that especially in this day and age. “Seeds arrived well packaged and in just three or four days after ordering them have already germinated two that I ordered and two of the free seeds that were included all four have been transplanted as seedlings into my growing medium and are doing great”
