“Everything went well but most did not germinate even the free replacement which wasn't even half of what didn't germinate still didn't I got two out of fifteen to germinate. Ended up ordering from royal queen seeds almost all germinated.”

We do test seeds from all batches of seeds that we sell and only release seeds from batches that have tested over 95% germination. This said these are live products and issues can occur. “Very user friendly Website with secure payment portal. Delivery is within 2 weeks, United States. Germination rate is exalant and female seeds are 100%. Defentaly recommend anyone to buy at Seedman.”

“i did recieve the correct product after delay being shipped and a delay during shipping. Seedsman did not respond to any emails/chats (no working phone #) until after i resolved the shipping delay for them and the product tracking was showing as delivered, 14 days after ordering. a simple non-automated response would have kept a customer despite a less than great first order.”

“The site is great and easy to navigate. Great selection along with education for your babies. Only thing I do not like is the AI chat. I don't like that anywhere so it is not really a big deal for me. The delivery was late but not due to Seedman's. It has to do with USPS. I planted on the 25th or 26th. I took that picture today which is 4 May. Only had 2 that did not germinate properly. I am confident Seedsman will give me 2 replacement seeds.”

“I love the vast selection, all including plenty of great info needed to feel comfortable and confident while ordering. Delivery was all tracked very accurately and efficiently. Items arrived when expected and packed discretely. The shopping experience and customer service are both second to none!”

“Very Disappointed, and maybe it was just me or a one time experience, also don’t like to talk bad about people but horrible experience, no customer support call back. No addressing my complaint, no seeds, no refund, no calls. I just went looking elsewhere, quick to take my money but ghost when trying to get a answer back or talk to anyone,”

“I'm very disappointed int eh seeds I received. One package was missing three seeds. The Gelato seeds I purchased are all coming up small and weak. The seeds were very small and weak. I've been growing for over 30 years, so I know what healthy seeds look like, and these were frankly garbage. I contaced support, which as a Chat GPT bot, then a human asked for pictures. How do you take pictures of missing seeds? I'll never come back here again.”
