“Shipping fast as usual I only buy from seeds man been growing for years”

“Never had a problem before ordering here. My order was shipped to wrong town. I tried to let customer service know, but they didn't get my email open for two days and shipped package out. I had to drive 2 hours to get my package. Only other choice was to wait till it was returned to Seedsman and then they would send to correct address.”

“I am revising my review. My order was intended as a gift and the post office lost my package so was not able to present on the actual day. However, Seedman reached out and resent my order right away upon confirming the package was lost. I am pleased and impressed with their dedication to customer service. I would definitely recommend!”

“Placing an order is just a bit slow. The website seems to lag a bit and it did not matter if I was on WIFI or 5G. Other than that, everything was seamless. Delivery was great and the selection is very good. I did buy some of the Seedsman brand seeds and so far 100 percent germination.”

“Always have had 5-star service and product at Seedsman until my most recent order. This time I experienced confusing info about the free product promotion. When I requested clarification from Seedsman support, I felt like I was trying to have a conversation with an alien life form. Many tickets were written and "cleared" over several days without my issue/question being addressed. Finally, you offered to send me some free seeds which, while not directly answering my question, allowed me to workaround the issue and complete my purchase. A telephone call to a human being could have successfully cleared the confusion in a matter of seconds, but I saw no telephone no. offered. Though this most recent customer service experience was exasperating, your instinct to make a peace offering with free seeds paid off for me, and you. You ultimately kept me as a happy customer and I look forward to working with you again in the future.”
