They’re refusing to refund my money although I bought "Refund Protection" at the time of booking. They insist that I get my doctor to sign some documents when I’ve told them I didn’t need to see my Dr for my illness. Thieves! thieves! thieves! Stay way from them please!”

“Seetickets are basically scammers. I bought tickets for an event in May 2020 which was indefinitely postponed. It has been rescheduled for April 29th 2022 - I cannot attend, but they will not refund my tickets without the physical ones being returned. The same tickets they failed to send. And there is no phone number to speak to anyone - emails to 'customer service' only in which you are given circular information that leads nowhere. Avoid at all costs.”

No telephone lines open. Paid via pay pal who are refusing refund as over 180 days. Now I disputing on credit card. I am so angry about the situation I am considering legal action and media. “Terrible company. Paid nearly £400 for tickets and have come down with covid.
No contact number and email address has an autoresponse saying its not monitored.
Only way to contact them is via an online form which takes about 24+ hours to get a response.
Requested a date change due to covid but they've said no refunds/ transfers/ cancellations. In an industry that has been hit hard by Covid how irresponsible to not offer a replacement date, it will only encourage people (who have spent a lot of money on tickets) to turn up to the venue's when they're covid positive.”

“Don’t use them! We bought tickets via See ticket then went down with Covid. Their site tells you not to visit the venue if you have covid but they won’t refund the ticket price.”
“Total scam outfit. They stole our money for Riverside concert. "PsychoSteve" told us that Riverside canceled first half of US tour and our "money would be refunded". I sold tickets to an Ed Sheeran concert through the resale platform. The event is in mid June and the tickets sold at the start of this month (March 2022). As I bought the tickets from that platform, I could not sell them anywhere else. I will get the proceeds from the sale AFTER the event! Probably 10 days after! Simply incredible. See Tickets has been paid so I’m not sure on what basis it is ok to not pay the supplier of the tickets for 3 months? Customer services are awful - virtually non-existent - slow to respond - boiler plate answers - no attempt to provide any service.
I even found the CEOs email address and contacted him directly. No personal response - handed to a minion and swatted away - referred to the Ts and Cs. I’m sure the Ts and Cs say I’ll get paid after the event. I’m sure by implication I will have agreed to those Ts and Cs. I did not read them - I had no choice but to use the platform. In any event those payment terms are blatantly not fair.
Please avoid this business like the plague.”
“Would rate 0 stars if I was able to. Myself and my partner have split abs he wanted to gift me the tickets we’d purchased. See tickets refuse to change the name on the tickets saying I need to buy through Fan to Fan when I’ve already paid before. Also one of there T&Cs is “14.tickets purchased through fan to fan market place do not guarantee entry” so wouldn’t risk it as I’d be travelling 4 hours to attend. Would never purchase from see tickets again abs would recommend others don’t. Highly recommend using ticket master they do allow you to change the lead booker which I wish I had know at the time of purchasing”
