This is outrageous as the booking fees are not just a few pounds. We lost £42 through no fault of our own just because a Peter Kay gig got cancelled.”
“I was given voucher as a birthday gift. You have to book it through a non Google server. Fine, I used Bing. Same seat/performance with London Theatre £62, price through Seetickets £96.
Voucher is £25. Difference £34. So I pay more by using my present. Had I not tried to activate the voucher through LT first I would have been caught. I cannot tell the lady I cannot use it. Scam.”

“Do not use their fan to fan resale. I have used it twice. First time I didn't receive my tickets until the day of the show after emailing for weeks before with zero reply.
The second time we bought 2 resale tickets. But there is no option to share the ticket from within the seetickets wallet. So if somebody coming can't go any more (which they can't in my case) you cannot sell the ticket on even if its face value on another site. Even if you're giving it away. You're just stuck with a ticket you can't do anything with. It's ludicrous you can't share a ticket on the app. What if the people I'm attending with are getting there st different times? It's my ticket, I should be able to do with it what I want.
What's worse is, when I asked about a fix for the problem I was told to share my private seetickets log in details with a stranger. That was their official advice. Share my online account with the person I sold it to. Seetickets are a complete joke of a company.
It's a service created with zero thought and is anti customer.

“See Tickets claims to offer delivery of paper tickets for an additional $6.50. However, the tickets will never arrive. They just claim that they mailed tickets without tracking and pocket the extra money you paid. It's happened to me more than once. I'd love to know how much money they've made by scamming concertgoers who are willing to pay extra to have paper tickets.”
“Straight up scam company, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. No confirmation email with with any sort of bar codes or anything for the actual event. Afterwards there is absolutely no traceability or anything available to the purchaser. I'm currently having to fight with my bank about the validity of the transaction.”
