Event to take place on 11 November 2021.\n\nEmail confirmation reads that physical tickets will be sent by mail and to only contact them 48 to 72 hours prior to event of tickets still not received. Why no digital tickets though??\n\n72 hours prior to gig I contact them: no customer service number no livebot. I receive an email 24 hours later telling that tickets have now been despatched and a Royal Mail link to track the package.\n\nI was away but scheduled to get back home on the day of the event. Arrived in the early morning and no letter in the post.\n\nI checked the Royal Mail link and it did not work. Nor did the tracking number when entered manually in the Royal Mail site. HOW IS THIS NOT A SCAM!\n\nSeveral emails sent but since there is no telephone number at all (an old one I dug out online did not work) or a livebot or even an email address that is not a donotreply@ I am only left with contacting them through their form and I have already been wasting one full hour trying to sort this out!!!!\n\nI STILL DO NOT HAVE MY TICKETS !!!!!!"
