Stealing thousands of people's money is out of the question. Expect a class action lawsuit for Imagine music festival!!!! Anyone who is interested in joining my lawsuit, please stand by as my lawyers are building the case we're going to need every single person ready to go

I purchased two tickets for the innervisions festival 2022 . Maze were the main act due to appear , however they are now not going to perform. The festival has been rescheduled whithout the MAIN ARTISTS and to add to this it’s going to be rescheduled to a Sunday and Monday in November instead of a Saturday. I’ve now cancelled and have been knocked for £15 ticket fees . Ok so it’s not a lot of money but if SEE TICKETS ARE KNOCKING EACH N EVERY PERSON WHO DESERVES A REFUND THEN THATS EXTORTION 👍 they should change their name to ‘ ROGUE TRADER TICKETS ‘ Don’t bite the hand that feeds you comes to mind ! obviously this bunch of Cnuts must be close to drowning in the ‘ ‘SEE’ of cash ‘!!!!

Be in mind, they sell "Refund Protection" but only covers if they cancel or reschedule the event, if you are not able to go, you cannot clame a refund.

Would give 0 stars. Bought tickets in 2020 event postponed a few times, now postponed but no new date. Unable to contact customer services as it says my reference is in correct. No telephone lines open. Paid via pay pal who are refusing refund as over 180 days. Now I disputing on credit card. I am so angry about the situation I am considering legal action and media. Do Not Buy from this company unless you can afford losing your money.

They cancelled my event, then refused to refund 100% of the cost so I have lost £32.70 through no fault of my own - I have emailed them twice and they will not budge. I have tried to put a review of face book, but there is no option to leave reviews there

Show was cancelled and no reason was given, SEE tickets said they would provide a face value refund, refund was £26.30 less than I paid which included a fee of £5.30 for cancellation protection and £1 processing fee. I have read the T&Cs and can't find where this is indicated. I feel completely ripped off and am still pursuing a full refund. Don't use the company to buy tickets, be warned.

I have tickets to Ed Sheeran on saturday bought for myself and my sister, I am no longer able to go but because I bought the tickets unless i attend then neither can she as tickets holder (as per the person who bought them) has to attend with photographic ID. They don't ask for names of others attending . They don't respond to emails. Have had past experience with this company same sort of thing. Would NEVER use or recommend them to anyone.

Really bad experience, they have sold me a refund protection policy which does not cover me for refund anyway! Unless the venue close or move the date! Ridiculous, because for those reasons nobody need a refund protection. Totally misleading, unfair and they told me I'm banned my t&c's and they can't refund my money if I changed my mind or can't attend. Instead they offered I can sell my tickets on fan to fan marketplace, but my tickets were locked and were not suitable for resale until I complained about it, than they unlocked it and I listed them for sale but I waited so long for this help and I had only 1 day to sell!!! Which obviously didn't work. Now I have to attend this event which Is very inconvenient for us and I have white light eyes sensitivity and worry abt being there which I mentioned and it has been ignored. Amazing, well done. DISGUSTING how you can offer refund protection and then refuse when we ask fir refund due to not being able to attend social aid, DO NOT BUY TICKETS HERE.....

A DISMAL COMPANY. They will gladly take (STEAL) your money and do everything to ignore you when the costumer demands a refund they rightfully should get. Poor customer, no response team, zero care or respect for people who mistakenly bought a ticket through them. Asked for a refund MONTHS ago. Not a word from anyone. SEE TICKETS ARE CROOKS.

Concert was cancelled due to the covid situation last March 2020, See Tickets reply saying a refund will be paid within 28 days, they still have my money after more than a year and reply to my emails with automatic reply. Stay away from this company, they should be prosecuted under the Trade Description Act. One star is way too much for this company.

Terrible refund service. I was due to watch Skunk Anansie in Madrid but the concert was cancelled. Now I'm having to fight for a refund. See tickets told me my refund was approved and I would have to wait 35 days to see it turn up in my credit card. That was nearly a month ago now. They no longer even respond to customers emails. However, they continue to sell tickets.

I get it corona is a bad time. We are all affected. But not refunding customers for events that havent happen is and ignoring them is scammy no matter what the circumstances are. So you just going to keep peoples money and keep quiet about it? I think you have another thing coming as bad reviews on websites like this keep increasing for you. You cannot rub these out.

Only the day before the event did we receive a cancellation email even though the government had theatres in lockdown for a month earlier. We were promised a refund, less the booking fee, in 10-14 days, it is now 19 days and no refund or further communication, they have even shut down their phone lines. Remember those who give bad service and screw their customers when better times come back.
