“Same experience as many others on here…still waiting for my £165 refund for tickets Preston Park Party in the Park which they cancelled. I also took out insurance. I actually received an email from SEE tickets confirming I will be refunded in next 5 working days but still no refund despite numerous emails from me…it’s a joke, will never use again”

“Money grabbing low end outfit. My event was cancelled but they kept the booking fee. Just because it’s in your terms and conditions doesn’t mean it’s remotely ethical. Not surprised there’s no customer service phone number they haven’t got the guts to speak to customers directly because they know they’re behaving like a bunch of charlatans. Event organisers should stop engaging this company when there are far better third-party intermediaries they could sell tickets through. They give the event organisers a bad name.”

“Booked 2 tickets august 2021 for t-rextasy for 4th September but was postponed then new date was 27th August 2022 we sent original tickets back and was signed for and they said they would refund the account with 50 80p that was on 30th August and stil havnt had a refund even went into the bank at derby for a statement of all things credited to my account but nothing has gone in would never book again”

“Will never use this company again. They don't offer refunds. I brought tickets for my children to attend a santa grotto. Myself and them have tested positive for Covid and can no longer attend as per the instruction on their site states if you have covid please do not attend. I got a reply stating they don't offer refunds, but the tickets are not named so I can pass them on to someone else. No customer service or empathy or consideration taken. I just lost m money. Will never use again. Also everything is through email. You can't even talk to no one.”

“Wow... how can a company offer 'refund protection' and then discount this and a bunch of fees totalling £15 on an order of £80 when the artist cancels the gig? Some protection that is! They leave the customer wide-open to loss. Funnily, the same thing happened a couple of months prior with a different gig where I didn't have so-called refund protection and I was refunded the full amount less a mere £2 booking fee. Conclusion: the farcical 'refund protection' they try to entice you into buying is a scam and you shouldn't throw your money away on it. In fact, you shouldn't bother with this vendor at all; go to one of their more savoury competitors such as Ticketmaster or Dice.”

“Booked tickets but the confirmation listed different seats. The seats I wanted were still available and I submitted a request for this to be corrected. I got a standard no refund or exchanges message. Will never use See Tickets again”

“Brought refund protection, cannot refund without filling in 3 forms and submitting a medical form and getting a note from a GP confirming this. I got covid, I'm not going to a venue to spread it, but apparently as restrictions are lifted this is fine for them. Wtf, no wonder cases are spiking, cause of terrible ethical companies like this.”

“Do not buy under any circumstances! Their costumer service will go to any lengths to keep your money once you’ve paid—despite cancellation or fraud. In my case, my card was fraudulently used to purchase tickets. After I got the email from the merchant confirming my order—which I did not authorize—I immediately contacted their customer support via email informing them of this unauthorized activity. SeeTickets informed me that they do not offer refunds (even though this was fraud) and told me to take it up with my bank—who would deal with their fraud department. Upon doing so, I was credited the money back—however, SEETICKETS then went and contested the charge back and took the money back from me! This is completely unethical behavior and they leave costumers with no resources to resolve fraudulent transactions (there is not even a number or email to call to be in contact with their fraud department—as per their costumer service team).”

“I used my credit card to buy a NLE Choppa concert ticket in Honolulu (August 2022). No issue with the billing of the charge for the concert ticket BUT the very next day my credit card # was being used to attempt an on line purchase from a Gucci store for $863. It's a credit card I only use once or twice a year when getting airline tickets. NOT Enough security with my credit card info through See Tickets us. WHO HAD ACCESS TO THIS INFO ? Then I started checking their reviews and BBB complaints. Not good.”

“I can’t believe my favorite bands are supporting this organization. I just lost $900 on these assholes today. Will never ever purchase anything again from them. I have already complained to the bands that I have supported why I am so appalled that they use this company. What a freaking nightmare experience which took me all day long to lose $900 from them.”

“ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BOOK WITH SEE TICKETS, UN-CONTACTABLE NO CONTACT NUMBERS AVAILABLE, CUSTOMER SERVICES IS E-MAIL ONLY TOTAL WASTE OF TIME NO TICKETS IN THE APP TO DOWNLOAD. I HAD TO CONTACT THE VENUE TO GET ANY INFORMATION AT ALL. I WILL NEVER USE THESE EVER EVER AGAIN STEER CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS. IF THERE HAD BEEN A MINUS SCORE I WOULD HAVE USED IT”

“What a joke this company is, please never use them they are scammers, I took out refund policy with them for a concert in December 2022, unbeknown to me my Husband booked a holiday for a surprise on the same date, tried to get a refund they refuse to get back to me I have sent lots of emails and even shown them the holiday info, the show is not until the 9th December 2022 plenty of time to resale my tickets, I have looked on their website to see if there are any more tickets for sale for this show, they have sold out, what idiots theses people are, stay away, do not trust them.”
