Absolutely terrible company. They’ve lost our tickets on the app and are impossible to get in touch with. Please can someone help us.

I purchased two tickets for the innervisions festival 2022 . Maze were the main act due to appear , however they are now not going to perform. The festival has been rescheduled whithout the MAIN ARTISTS and to add to this it’s going to be rescheduled to a Sunday and Monday in November instead of a Saturday. I’ve now cancelled and have been knocked for £15 ticket fees . Ok so it’s not a lot of money but if SEE TICKETS ARE KNOCKING EACH N EVERY PERSON WHO DESERVES A REFUND THEN THATS EXTORTION 👍 they should change their name to ‘ ROGUE TRADER TICKETS ‘ Don’t bite the hand that feeds you comes to mind ! obviously this bunch of Cnuts must be close to drowning in the ‘ ‘SEE’ of cash ‘!!!!

Trying to order tickets for a Friday night the See website craftily offered us tickets for the following Wednesday without making it clear this was because the Friday wasn't available. Only realised the date was wrong once the confirmation email came through. See refused to refund or exchange despite 3 months between ordering tickets and concert dates. £660 lost for us. Shoddy and unreasonable behaviour from this company. Be warned.

Show was cancelled and no reason was given, SEE tickets said they would provide a face value refund, refund was £26.30 less than I paid which included a fee of £5.30 for cancellation protection and £1 processing fee. I have read the T&Cs and can't find where this is indicated. I feel completely ripped off and am still pursuing a full refund. Don't use the company to buy tickets, be warned.

Truly dreadful company. Provided tickets for a show with the wrong times printed on the tickets and in all email correspondance. For this reason we and the other customers that used SEE, were locked out of the venue until the first break. Now anyone can make a mistake, but the quality of a person or company is illustrated in the way in which they repond to an error. In this they are astonishingly dreadful. They claimed that they had provided both show time (they didn't) and door opening times (this was wrong by 1 hour), they claimed that these were both 7:30!! So on the dot of 7:30 the doors are opened and the show starts and the doors are locked !! Incredible that they have no understanding of the product they are selling tickets for. It took nearly 2 months to get this response from them, after lots of chasing. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I ever use this shambles of a company

I have tickets to Ed Sheeran on saturday bought for myself and my sister, I am no longer able to go but because I bought the tickets unless i attend then neither can she as tickets holder (as per the person who bought them) has to attend with photographic ID. They don't ask for names of others attending . They don't respond to emails. Have had past experience with this company same sort of thing. Would NEVER use or recommend them to anyone.

Really bad experience, they have sold me a refund protection policy which does not cover me for refund anyway! Unless the venue close or move the date! Ridiculous, because for those reasons nobody need a refund protection. Totally misleading, unfair and they told me I'm banned my t&c's and they can't refund my money if I changed my mind or can't attend. Instead they offered I can sell my tickets on fan to fan marketplace, but my tickets were locked and were not suitable for resale until I complained about it, than they unlocked it and I listed them for sale but I waited so long for this help and I had only 1 day to sell!!! Which obviously didn't work. Now I have to attend this event which Is very inconvenient for us and I have white light eyes sensitivity and worry abt being there which I mentioned and it has been ignored. Amazing, well done. Wish I had seen these reviews. Would not recommend purchasing tickets from See Tickets. Myself and my daughter unfortunately cannot attend a concert due to personal circumstances. See tickets informed me that The only way I can resell my tickets is through the Fan-to-Fan Marketplace website. My digital tickets have not sold and have now been removed. I am now left with 2 tickets (£165) which I have never wished to profit on and rather than the tickets go to waste have asked could I Gift them to a relative - would just involve an electronic change of the lead name to that of my relative.They have just emailed -there is no telephone number for customer support- to say this is not possible. Extremely disappointed with the lack of flexibility and customer support will not be purchasing any further tickets from this company.

What a waste of time this company is. Absolutely USELESS! Never get a respond they don’t even have a contact number that even works. Absolute sh*t company!!!! Never ever again buying tickets through these. May as well speak to a brick wall.

Bought tickets for a concert and they were not there at will call. I was told my tickets don't exist. I had to buy new tickets for the show and now they won't refund my money even thought it was thier fault. 0 stars and want to get even with them some how😡🤬

They only gave a partial refund even though they quoted a different amount but by the sound of other people's experience I am blessed to have received anything at all, 'scammers' is the word for true.

Bought tickets for C2C for March 2020 in Glasgow which postponed due to Covid & couldn't attend the re-scheduled date that took place in 2022, so sold them through their re-sale site & 2 months after the event eventually took place I'm still waiting for my monies for re-selling the tickets. Contacted them by email 3 or 4 times & managed to phone someone on the dedicated group-booking phone number but still no response. How do we raise a legal challenge against this company ? Please, please help !!!

One word for See Tickets: Scammers!!! They’re refusing to refund my money although I bought "Refund Protection" at the time of booking. They insist that I get my doctor to sign some documents when I’ve told them I didn’t need to see my Dr for my illness. Thieves! thieves! thieves! Stay way from them please!

Changed the date of the venue and had ticket protection on then only refunded the price of the ticket not full refund. Will never use agian a rip off company
