Dreadful service. We were unable to access our on line account to get our tickets It is impossible to get in touch with them. The only communication they offer is automated responses to generic questions which don’t give you the information you need. There was no facility to have tickets issued by post or email

AVOID LIKE GARY GLITTER IN A CHILDREN'S PALLATIVE CARE WARD Fraudulent company = my ticket did not arrive in time for the event. See Tickets refused to grant me a refund despite it clearly being THEIR fault.

I only used this platform because I had no choice and would NOT recommend if possible to avoid. Not only was the platform clunky and challenging, but I specifically selected not to have any contact/be on a mailing list and they have repeatedly emailed me from that point in blatant breach of GDPR. Report and avoid.

What a nightmare. Last year we came to the show, and it was great, this year, it felt like it was half of what it was last year. And felt like a indoor market, selling non car related stuff. But that was not the worst bit. Getting there, we followed the signs for disabled parking, when we got to the gate we were told it was the wrong gate and we needed gate F, we drove about a mile and half, we got to gate F, and then we needed to drive about another half a mile inside the show, we drove past the gate that told us to go to gate F. I have a brain injury and all this confusion, driving from one gate to another was stressful. We followed the badly signed signposts just to be told wrong gate, after driving 11/2 miles we drove past the gate, which was open, and no cars coming though. That told us wrong gate. And they said VIPs only. Why were we told to drive this extra mileage and not use the gate, As said before I have a brain injury and limited mental capacity, when confused I get angry and go into fight or flight, your security were on steroids, I felt they were aggressive and not helpful at all. When asked why we had to drive the long way around, I was told that’s the way it is. This really spoiled our day; I was angry and took a while for me to calm down. I do not believe you understand hidden disability, I may look like I am normal, but I am not. I understand it’s a hard job to police an event like this, but do not need overzealous Security who are unhelpful. Due to this we will not be visiting next year, and I am sure a lot of people feel this way. We heard a lot of people complaining to the security about the hard line they were taking.

Spent around £500 on festival tickets. These were supposed to come by email but never arrived (yes I did check my junk mail). As the event approached I attempted to use the “customer service” contact form. I entered the order ref which seemed to be recognised and I was advised an email link to tickets would be sent. Nope. I tried to get a list of previous orders and it said an email had been sent. Nope. I tried to access through the app but as this was set up via Facebook which was no longer supported they would send an email to reset password. Nope. I found a phone number but reached a message to say there was no call centre anymore. Tried to contact via Twitter but no response. I never did get those tickets. Avoid if at all possible. Customer service is non-existent.

Miss sold tickets. Customer service unreachable as the contact form has been broken since day one with no alternative contact methods available. Event organisers even said they would reach out and they are being ignored too.

Do not use this company. Will not refund despite purchasing refund protection and complying with requiremt of refund policy. Absolutely abhorrent company. Don't waste your money.

See Tickets should be prevented from trading. Their customer service is a joke. I bought early release tickets for Love Supreme and accidently bought too many tickets - due to their difficult to understand website and promts for me to buy tickets I did not need. See Tickets responded to my request for refund BUT REFUNDED WRONG TICKETS!. I recontected, they assurred me I had the correct tickets. Now with 1-week to go, it appears not, PLUS THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME PURCHASE MORE TICKETS< WHICH NOW COST EVER MORE. NEVER, EVER USE this comp

Completely unable to handle Glastonbury ticket demand - again! I have no idea why this company gets the tender to 'handle' Glastonbury ticket sales every year. An investment in hardware (dealing with flow that varies wildly in intensity uses a hosting server system that scales according to demand such as AWS) would make the experience so much easier. Other ticket websites have such simple helpful cues such as where you are in the queue and how long you have to wait. This cuts down on a LOT of unnecessary traffic to the servers and saves having to automatically or manually refresh the screen. If you miss out first time round and get lucky enough to buy tickets in the resale, this throws up another set of issues as (unlike the initial sale), they only send resale tickets to the lead booker as they are all purchased in one go rather than individual ticket holders. Unless all ticket holders live within travelling distance of each other, this presents a logistical and security nightmare of ensuring everyone gets their tickets prior to the Festival. You either have to trust your tickets to the postal system again OR go many miles out of your way to meet up and hand tickets over. There is NO flexibility over this as it's tied into the Terms and Conditions. PLEASE consider investing in a better system for initial sales and re-sales

Bought a ticket for the first time through Seetickets, and the box office even said it’s a fraud ticket. Do not waste your money. I tried contacting customer service for a refund as well and they just said sorry no can do and ghosted me. I wish I could give them a negative rating.

I booked an event which was to be held at The O2 Brixton Academy in March 2023 and therefore could not go ahead. I paid £103.60 for 2 tickets including £4.30 refund protection. I received an email telling me the event was changed significantly by 4 months and to a different day of the week so I had to get a refund as I couldn't go anymore. I received just £82.50 in refunds and seetickets are refusing to pay me the £16.80 I am owed in booking fees, venue fees, transaction fees and some unknown loss of a further £2.50 somewhere. This is immoral. Please be aware when buying from seetickets that events changing, which is beyond your control, will incur an approx £20 loss to your refund despite getting refund protection.

Customer service is none existent! Bought tickets for an event before Christmas as a birthday present for me and my husband. They were best seats at the time tickets and were middle middle tickets. All well and good but then 1 week ago I get an email from see saying sorry your tickets are not available (they obviously double booked)! Here are even worse tickets that you can buy now nearly at the back of the stadium. Tried contacting them through contact form on their website as that is the ONLY way to contact them. It’s says 7!!!! Days for a response. Well it’s been 7 days and nothing. Steer clear of See Tickets as if something goes wrong you’re screwed!!!

Same experience as many others on here…still waiting for my £165 refund for tickets Preston Park Party in the Park which they cancelled. I also took out insurance. I actually received an email from SEE tickets confirming I will be refunded in next 5 working days but still no refund despite numerous emails from me…it’s a joke, will never use again

Money grabbing low end outfit. My event was cancelled but they kept the booking fee. Just because it’s in your terms and conditions doesn’t mean it’s remotely ethical. Not surprised there’s no customer service phone number they haven’t got the guts to speak to customers directly because they know they’re behaving like a bunch of charlatans. Event organisers should stop engaging this company when there are far better third-party intermediaries they could sell tickets through. They give the event organisers a bad name.
