Was left waiting at the door of the venue for over 30 minutes as the 'duplicate' tickets they said they had arranged to be collected from the venue hadn't actually been sent to the venue! All this after chasing and chasing all week leading up to the show to actually get my tickets - which had been bought 4 months previously - but no tickets arrived. At the venue all other ticket company customers were getting theirs without problems and going straight in, it was only SEE ticket purchasers that had an issue. Have to point out - they had ONE JOB --- it's what they do FFS!! WILL NOT use them in future!

Compré dos entradas en Pista A para ver a Estopa en Sevilla el 8 de junio de 2024. En primer lugar, me alerté por no recibir las entradas. Me costó un infierno ponerme en contacto con ellos, tuve que mandar varios emails y rellenar varios formularios para conseguir una respuesta. Por supuesto, su teléfono de atención al cliente no funciona. Todo esto, el día antes del concierto. Pues bien, cuando por fin consigo demostrar mi compra y que me manden las entradas, resulta que me mandan dos entradas de la grada, en Tribuna. Yo JAMÁS compraría entradas en la grada, menos aún para un concierto de Estopa, y menos aún porque sé que las compré en Pista A, que es donde las compraron todos mis amigos. Además, conozco un caso (pero seguro que hay muchos más) de personas que tenían sus entradas compradas en la grada y les han permitido cambiarlas a Pista A. Siendo así, lo que han provocado ha sido OVERBOOKING y su solución ha sido estafarme a mí y darme unas entradas que yo no compré y en un lugar en el que yo no quería estar. Compré mis entradas el 18 de diciembre, con toda la antelación para poder estar en Pista A. Ahora llevo todo el día intentando comunicarme con ellos para que me devuelvan mis entradas en Pista A y no se han dignado a contestarme a un solo correo. He mandado más de 20. Espero que, finalmente, me devuelvan mis entradas en Pista A o, si no, el importe de las mismas, ya que NO COMPRÉ ENTRADAS EN LA GRADA Y NO QUIERO VER RL CONCIERTO DESDE LA GRADA.

Paid for Liam Gallagher tickets 9 months ago. Still waiting. No phone number to call. Stock answers. Promising to deliver THREE days before the concert. Avoid.

See Tickets is the least customer centric and a borderline fraudulent business. I have had two bad experiences with them so far which is forcing me to write this review. The first time they signed me up for some coupon service that started charging me £15 per month. I did not notice the charges on my credit card statement for months. The second time I bought tickets to a Foo Fighters concert and turns out it's for a cover band called the UK Foo Fighters. In both cases, their support team gave me their spiel about terms and conditions. The root cause for both the issues is "dark patterns" on their website meaning interfaces designed to trick users into doing things. I'm very sure this is an intentionally designed dark pattern because if it was unintentional they would take responsibility for it. Instead, their support team gives you a spiel about terms and conditions and how it was right there on the website (no it wasn't). Pathetic.

As many below have noted, they sell "refund protection" on their tickets, which in practice gives you no actual protection against anything other than "death of a loved one" (for which they, genuinely, require a scan of a death certificate). Anyone who works at a venue will tell you not to use them. Total con artists.

Putting a difference date's event under a sold out event, trying ways to trick people buying non refundable tickets instead of making clear directions, that’s not right!! Black list and will not support their business or any business who uses this platform to sale tickets.

Fan to Fan ticket resales Sold my ticket through there Fan to fan resales, They have cancelled my ticket and provided the buyer with a new ticket yet I have to wait until the event is over to get my money? They say in the terms and conditions they do this to avoid any claims, What claims can I possibly be responsible for!?!?! You have literally cancelled my ticket and the buyer has there new ticket.

Fan to Fan ticket resales beware. They have a ludicrous policy to hold onto your funds from Fan to Fan ticket resales until after the event has taken place. Despite the tickets being bought from See Tickets in the first place, and with any original ticket details now invalid, they will not release the funds. They cannot provide any explanation as to why they do this. Gobsmacked that they will hold onto funds like this, for no legitimate reason.

A disgrace to the entertainment industry. I bought 5 tickets for a local gig. The show was postponed, no notification, found out through a friend..new date is a date we cannot do as work in the music industry ourselves. See Tickets gave me a partial refund and are refusing to give me back the booking fees for my bulk booking. It's not our fault the gig was postponed and we cannot make the new date. Absolute daylight robbery. It is now in dispute

Brought 4 tickets for nec classic car restoration show for March 24 , unfortunately i became ill 22nd march and applied for refund a day before event thinking i might get better...i just keep going round in circles , im very dissappointed as i now believe i have lost £112....this really is not acceptable and has made me wiser not to buy tickets on line , See tickets ..i would give them --5 star if i could

Wouldn’t give them even one star! Bought tickets and was automatically subscribed to Complete Savings who charge a monthly subscription which you have to cancel. Trying to contact See Tickets is impossible the website links just keep going round in circles. DON’T USE

Tried and tried and tried again. Could not set up account, kept on going back to start. Suddenly there was a screen that had "accepted" my details, great, went ahead and to purchase tickets....... site will only accept bank cards from UK. I in Ireland and travel to UK very regularly. Absolute waste of an hour and waste of a site taking up good band width. Get your act together.

Tried to contact them to buy two tickets as online would only allow me to buy three. My email couldn't be verified and they wanted me to do a "virtual unreal test" basically sending my bank a test to check my account checked out. They said there was no way it would take funds from my account and that it was not a real test. Their employee made a mistake and next thing nearly £200 was taken from my account. Immediately contacted the bank and advised if fraudulent transaction. Fortunately they agreed to cover me when I explained what had happened. The bank tracked the payment and told me it was an African online shopping site! See tickets only solution to this is to continue with the virtual unreal test to pay me compensation and the money back too. This has been going on for days and days now. You can't complain without an order reference number and I haven't got one because I haven't bought any tickets. The complaints are handled by the same people that caused the problem in the first place. It is impossible to speak to anyone direct. There is no complaints address to write to. You are ignored for days on the customer service chat and they simply refuse to find another solution. Absolutely shocking customer service. Caused me no end of hassle and had to cancel bank card and freeze my account for 48hrs while the bank investigated further. See tickets even asked me if I could use a relative's or husband's bank card to try again!!! Avoid at all costs. Any issues and you are absolutely on your own with no way of sorting out any issues whatsoever.

Alert for everyone! Don't buy any ticket here!!! I bought a few tickets to Lloyd Webber's musical for the Boxing day (2023) and I paid a cancelation fee as well, just in case the plans might change. Unfortunately I broke my tooth implant in the middle of December and decided to go to my home country to see my dentist. I informed this company (on 13th of December) that I would like to return my tickets and told them what happened. And that's where it all started! Firstly, they answered my request only on the 23rd of December - 3 days till the show date. They asked me to ask the doctor to fill in their form, to sign and to stamp it. We have no similar practice in my country that is why doctors refuse to fill in any kind of forms (it was actually designed for NHS) or provide any other documents with doctors stamps. I provided my prescription of antibiotics I have got from my doctor which had the signature and the stamp on it, but it was enough and the company was asking more and more things to provide, even knowing that I am back in the UK and I can not give more evidences. It felt like a nightmare to me and a very deliberate behaviour, designed do not help a client. Also, a violation of customers rights. Obviously I lost around £120 but the way I was treated was horrendous. I am a huge lover of Theatre but the next time I will be very careful...to avoid to get into this trap again !!! Regards, Ina

Giving a 4 star because the concert I bought these tickets for is in 2 months BUT, so far so good! Bought the tickets from their official online website and it was a straight forward process. All confirmations were sent to my email and once I downloaded their app + logged into my account, the 2 tickets I had purchased were there and still are there. One thing im worried about though is that ive seen someone say they sell fraudulent tickets, as in they aren’t real. So if you show up to the concert you’ve paid for and try to get your tickets scanned with the barcode provided, they won’t work… I’ll keep you guys updated though.

Bought tickets which I never received. Tried to contact but none of my details were recognised. Had to purchase tickets to the same gig on a different site then had an email from SeeTickets the day after the event (with the tickets I hadn’t used) asking if I’d enjoyed it! Meanwhile they still don’t recognise my email address so I can’t even complain

Absolutely useless - have tried to contact someone at seetickets for almost 4 months and absolutely no response - have called and emailed repeatedly, have been told the dept i needed doesn't take calls, my call couldn't be transferred, a Manager would contact me within 24 hrs...and nothing! I'm sure they are ok at selling tickets but clearly if something goes wrong they are useless - they seem to have gone out of their way to make a valid complaint impossible.

We went to the Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde tour today.We booked it up long in advance,was really looking forward to it,it wasn’t like we just turned up on the day.However it didn’t even happen and they failed to notify us that the tour wasn’t going to happen.We received absolutely no information,thought it was a little bit strange but I presumed everything would be ok and that the tour would happen.Never even occurred to me that it wouldn’t.The tour was also so poorly organised too.We were asked to wait outside 21 Soho a comedy club in Central London.However on the email it just said 21 soho,we were waiting outside the comedy club and there was nobody there not even a guide so we thought how strange.This made me get my google maps out however there were three locations matching it.21 soho gardens,21 soho street.We went to all three to find nothing there.Thankfully they were all in comfortable walking distance of eachother.We were right on time at the specified venue.Because there was no one there despite that we read the email right got the right place,right date,right time.We felt we needed to check again so we checked at least 10 times.This was really disappointing as this was an event we were looking forward to and we travelled all the way from West London foe it so what a waste and what a joke!Maybe a ghost was leading the tour especially as it is quite a gothic story or Hyde was hiding from!This was definitely more mystery and suspense than Stevenson intended when writing the novella in the 20th century!This is a shame as we have used see tickets for many events over the years such as the Blenheim palace haloween walk plus the potted panto(2022).We emailed see tickets,they said they wouldn’t give us a refund because they thought it wasn’t significant change,it was so significant because it didn’t happen!Also you can’t contact anyone which is utterly pathetic.
