If I could give minus 100 I would me and my friends just went to the Westfield select store and the work who said she was the manager fully insulted us.she told us to get out and even said she would call the security for not picking up the clothes we left in the changing room eventhoght we repeatedly told her that it’s wasn’t us who left the clothes there.instead she responded but saying I don’t care get out or I’ll call the security just because we were young teens that didn’t even say anything back it was truly insulting do not go there unless u want to get insulted

Very rude staff . Do not shop there .The quality of clothes is bad. Not good at all. I will never go there again. Went for a refund was denied.

Waiting xmss order 2wks to be told order was stolen by hermes delivery.l wouldnt of know only l phoned. l reordered and placed new order paid extra next day delivery 2hrs later l recieved an e.mail all out of stock and il have to wait 3/5days for my money its Disgusting!! You didnt wait for my payment that long. Costomer Service couldv told me instead of taking my money

Disguted as the company they would not exchange a pair of trouser which i lost my receipt but still had label on trouser now i have found receipt which was 15 day and there stupid policy is 14 days which i would of accepted a voucher never shop there again they are quick to take your money

Wouldnt buy anything from here brought two coats one of the buttons came off one and the pocket button came off my other one also brought a leather jacket which is starting to wear away

I visited the Maidstone branch of Select on Monday 16th September. After selecting three items of clothing that I wished to purchase I went to the till to pay. There were two members of staff that were visible. I waited, and waited, and waited, for several minutes. I had an appointment to get to and was keen to be served and go about my business. However, neither of the two sales assistants were in any hurry to serve me so I left the goods on the counter and left the store. The length of time I waited wasn't the main issue here, although annoying, it was the fact that I wasn't even acknowledged. Very rude.

Absolutely disgusting customer service yesterday 12/09/2019 in the Select in Maidstone. Tried exchanging two pairs of leggings which had holes in the back where the security tags had been where I was told they wasn't able to exchange them without a receipt. I asked for the head office contact number as I was unhappy with what I've been told in which a member of head office spoke with the lady behind the counter and advised her to exchange my leggings due to these being faulty. The lady behind the counter was certainly not happy to serve me after that.

Disgusting customer service in South Shields told we weren’t allowed refund there is very small sighn apparently can’t see this store staying open on this high street we were given credit note wich I am not happy about manager had awful attitude won’t be shopping there again

After weeks of my items being returned - Yes it was recorded i contacted the company - Ignored then tried again and no responce please be aware i wish i had read all the bad reviews before using this comapny

Staff are an absolute joke, all two of them!!! Which, yes is down to the company themselves who pay for one senior member and one under twenty five year old so able to pay under national minimum wage. Neither of them knew what they were doing when I went in to exchange goods and I had to guide them through the procedure when they just looked at me gormlessly. The icing on the cake was when I said that one of the items was one I wanted but just needed a different size and asked for her help to find the same item in the store. She replied by saying, well where did you get it from, it should be in the same place. I replied by saying well if I knew that, then I wouldnt be asking you. She then said OK no need to be rude, and walked away!!!! Emmmmm. Very unintelligent staff with no understanding or interest in their job. No understanding or interest in the company they work for and no interest or understanding of customer service. These are the qualities this company looks for when they employ all of two staff to look after one of their stores, so they can pay them peanuts without any questions.

Ray at the Haymarket store in Leicester (says she’s originally from Coventry) wasn’t really helpful. I thought she was quite forceful in terms of kept bragging and telling me to go back to Birmingham to do my exchange or refund on gift card from my purchased items because it looked like she couldn’t be bothered to from the very beginning. I don’t get why she kept telling me to go back to Birmingham when all the Select stores are the same. I also rang in this morning about student discount and the store did say yes just show them a card or uni days. However, when I went into store she was abrupt and just told me to go back to Birmingham. I accepted the fact that they did not take uni days but I don’t get why they would say they do. However, that’s not the point. I didn’t enjoy the customer service as I felt she was being rude and forceful.

Hi, I bought a waistcoat and it was described as white but was in fact cream. I was advised to return it and the postage would be refunded. After waiting for weeks, a cheque for £4.00 eventually arrived. I paid it into the bank and it was returned to me as the cheque had bounced. I have contacted Select many times regarding this and they still haven't replied to any of my emails. If this is how they treat their customers I would never buy from them again!!!!!

I have visited the witham store a few times recently and to say the shop is poorly run is an understatement. There is to much stock crammed together so tightly you cannot get a pushchair or wheelchair around 85% of the store. Some of the stock you can’t even get to as its stuffed in dark corners. The condition of the fitting rooms is despicable with ill fitting ripped curtains and wallpaper ripped and hanging from the walls, and dirty marks and stains everywhere. As shocking as the condition of the store it’s the staff that really stand out , but not for good reason. I don’t think Iv ever come across such rude ignorant staff with 0 enthusiasm to even acknowledge you let alone help in any way. I asked for the price of something to a girl I think was called chloe and was looked at like I was bothering her and she would rather I didn’t even speak to her, to look at a customer like something you e just picked off the floor is truly unacceptable. Then when I actually tried to return an item she was increbily rude again. The last few times the staff have been uninterested ans unhelpful but this was a final straw. I will never return to this shop and neither will the members of family that were with me.

Needed to exchange an item in Edgware store, same item different colour, sales assistant wouldn’t let me pay the same price I paid with my student discount said I needed to pay extra and said this colour costs more. Then she checked receipts again after I asked her to check the price. She then realised the mistake was hers but told me it was too late to do anything about it now. I said that’s unfair and she rudely replied “It’s only £2.”then she threw the jumper behind her. I had to then ask her for the jumper I paid “only £2” extra for.

Purchased boots for £25 6 months ago. Worn 6 times Now they have cracked right across the sole underneath. Returned them to the shop in hull today to be given £7 refund. As they told me they are no longer £25. This is disgusting and very convenient for the store to get away with robbing their customers. I will never ever buy from this store again. And I will make all friends and family aware of this disgusting policy.

Bad experience, never received the jacket I ordered on line, spent 32 quid, was sent to tx max, then argos, where I never knew it was there, then argos sent it to Charity, no apology, no refund, just my fault, why would I ask for it to be delivered to argos when I had free home delivery, never again will I order on line again. Staff are useless.

Just all in all a painful experience. Staff are clueless and useless. I’ve seen better costumer service in McDonald’s. In fact I think the staff here wouldn’t even make the cut to flip burgers they were that thick.

going into the store and buying items and one of the clothing wa sleft with a tag how.embarrassing is this i went to one of the shops and it had beeped and made me look stupid i am not happy at all .
