“Anthony, the cleaner did an excellent job and couldn't be faulted. However, I booked just a double oven clean but Anthony also did a Hob clean which I hadn't booked but Anthony, when collecting payment, confirmed that they were his instructions from the office. So we paid £20 extra for work we didn't want. Also, time slot was 12.00 - 5.00pm. Anthony advised us at 3.00pm that he would be 20 minutes. At midday it was known we wouldn't be done until a lot later but I had to wait for 3 hours unnecessarily. So it was an excellent oven clean but hob not required so overall impression not good”
