“Polite, professional and friendly. Lee Did a cracking job on cleaning my 12 year old double oven that has been a bit abused over the years. Would have given 4.5 stars if I could as they did have to change dates a couple of times due to staffing issues but communication was good at all times.”

“Clean oven! Efficient service from booking to getting our emailed receipt. The guy who came just got on with it with minimum mess. I do think he could have asked for a dustpan and brush to sweep up some of the crusty stuff he left in the floor. But other than that, would use them again.”

“I was very happy with the finished job and the oven looked brand new afterwards. My only complaint is that I expected the top oven (grill) to be done as well. It wasn’t made clear in the initial consultation that I had to specify ‘double oven’ for the top part of the oven to be additionally cleaned. I was told the options were oven, stove top and fans. I went for the full package not thinking to check whether the grill was included in the oven as a whole. So overall, could have been better!”

“My oven was beyond cleaning an with the service of select oven cleaning my oven is like new. I’m so impressed. Defo will use once a year to get my oven back to new”

“An appointment was booked between 13.00 and 16.00 on 06/12/21. No one turned up to this appointment so I phoned the office as we had not been contacted about this. Whilst apologies were received from the person answering the phone, she was unable to tell me why no one had not contacted me about this, and said that someone would be there between 17.00 to 17.30. This was inconvenient to us, so the appointment had to be rearranged. To make matters worse the lady did not offer me anything in recompense for their error, or any appointment the next day to make up for this even though I advised her that I had taken the day off especially. To add insult to injury she then advised me that the only appointment available to me was in 10 days time. Whilst I am unable to speak about the oven cleaning my feelings about the service received to date is poor. 21/12/21 I have amended my review of the above as the standard of cleaning was indeed good.”

“Great job on the oven. He did say he got as much of the grease off the hood. My wife ended up scrubbing the last bits off. I asked about the light but visible scratches left on the hob and extractor. He said he will polish them out. He used baby oil which didn't polish anything out.”

“My oven is clean as I expected but the oven light bulb was not replaced so the oven light does not work. I was not able to be there at the time unfortunately and my husband didn't ask.”
