“Left the oven covered in scratches that were not there before, doors were smeared, cleaning liquid not cleaned up properly, and some parts of oven still grease. Excepted more for £100 would not recommend or use again”

“I booked for an oven cleaning in August on the day time was getting on so I gave them a call. They said the person who was coming round had to go for a cover test and you should have been told. They asked if I wanted to rebook I said no I will have a refund of the £17.50 deposit I paid. I am still waiting steer clear of this company They are a bunch of crooks.”

“Have sent emails and pictures to Leah following very bad result of visit - permanently stained quarry tiles, roof of bottom fan oven not cleaned, muddy wet shoe stains left on carpet tiles, rungs for shelves in lower oven incorrectly sited. Please read in full all my emails and advise me what you propose to do. This was supposed to help our house move this week but has caused me additional stress. I have spent a lot of time and effort trying to remove all staining prior to new owners coming into our property. What are you proposing to do about this occurrence? Not a happy customer and not a good recommendation.”

“Only did half a job. Did not clean the roof of both ovens. Was later told it was because there were elements. Not told this when booking. Still charged full price Left lots of runs on glass and round hinges. Even though I was given a partial refund which was not really acceptable. I have still got to get my oven cleaned by a professional. Lee only took 45 mins to clean 2 ovens. Was told they are using contractors.”

“In negotiation for a refund. Roof of oven not cleaned, lots of missed parts. Only took 45mins when I was told will take 2 hours. Will have to have it cleaned again to get to a good standard. Very very disappointed. Have looked at others when just been cleaned, no comparison.”

“Oven isn’t clean! He was there 3 hours, said he’s only done the job 3 weeks and not been shown properly. Back of the oven is still filthy, edges where he removed the glass not been touched by him. No contact from yourselves since except to ask for a review.”

“This is the first time I have used this company and I wasn't impressed. The oven was cleaned inside but the outside was still dirty. The extractor hood, I have cleaned and achieved better results. It's was not a detailed clean as requested.”

“This useless company turned up 2 hours late with no apology. The guy then complained that my oven was dirty. He did a terrible job meaning that I had to call in another company to do the job this bunch of idiots could not do properly.”

“Very unhappy. Booked an oven clean for today and was told last week that the cleaner would arrive between 8.30am and 9am. By 10am no one had arrived. I tried to contact the offices but was not able to speak to anyone, I emailed with no response. Eventually by posing as a new customer I got through to someone and was astonished to be told that the company had had an office meeting and the cleaner had only just left the office. At 10.30am the cleaner arrived, two hours late and no apology. He then astounded me by complaining that my oven was dirty!! What in Gods name did he expect, was I supposed to clean if before he arrived? The level of cleaning was awful, the grill pan was not touched, neither was the back of the oven. Its so bad that I have called in another company to do another clean. A complete waste of my time and no value for the £105 I paid. When I called to complain I was met with a lacklustre response. Use this company at your peril.”

“I won't recommend them. Had issues with the service and their aim is just to collect the monies. As promised to sort the issue that was made on the chimney extractor damages etc., never turned up!!”

“I used this company for a few years. I decided to leave when they increased their prices. I asked for a final clean but my request was ignored. They finally got in touch when they realised I had cancelled my direct debit. By this time I had already made other arrangements to get my oven cleaned. They refused to refund my overpayments and have threatened me with legal action because I am leaving reviews expressing my dissatisfaction. A refund of my money would be a much cheaper and kinder resolution.”

“The man who came was very nice and polite, and he seemed to try but he didn’t seem to have the right equipment. The oven was not cleaned to even the standard I would do myself let alone paying someone £135 to do it. The man was happy to come back when we explained it was still dirty and again very nice but the cloth he had just wasn’t the right tool to get it clean, I would have expected better equipment and cleaning agents from a professional firm. Grime was left all over the oven, hinges not cleaned, knobs not adequately cleaned, dirt left in all the harder to get places and overall not satisfactory. It doesn’t feel clean even after we went over it so we’ll probably have to pay someone else”
