“After the oven was cleaned and the guy left the oven did not light so we had to contact you to get him to come back. Then when we went to use the oven yesterday there was still residue from the cleaning products which we had to clean up as it made the oven smell when we put it on”

“Oven clean was good considering the time allocated to the visit as they were running behind. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but I was told in advance that the clean would be done by the alloted time slot.”

“Thought using a big company I would have an immaculate clean but actually I had a better clean from a small independent company last year .. paid for my hob to be cleaned also which i didn’t realise only the burners got dipped and not the whole hob.”

“The person who came was here for about 45 minutes. Very pleasant but where in the past the inside of the glass door has been cleaned - I gather that this is now not allowed so will have to do myself. Likewise - the internal fan doesn't seem as shining as it has previously. So overall, a bit disappointed but clean and satisfactory. Thank you Also, despite having taken the trouble to spell out my surname ( slightly unusual) - it was still wrong on the forms.”

“The oven was not as dirty as many seen I understand and as a whole was quite happy with the clean. I was not happy with the mess being walked though the hall from the clean and the fact he was an hour later than arranged without any message to inform me.”

“Few areas that could have been better. Combo oven door seal wasn’t cleaned, neither was top of oven or cooker hood and vents. Was expecting a little better if I’m honest.”

“I was very impressed with the operative who cleaned our oven, He was polite, professional, and focused on his work. The end result was amazing, as clean as the day it was installed, and no mess. Worth every penny.”
