“We have used this company for several years and have always been happy with the workmanship. The person cleaning the oven was polite, professional and friendly. However the appointment system seems to be a bit haphazard, we often get telephone calls the day before the appointment to postpone it, this happened before the COVID situation so can not be blamed on that.”

“I was a bit disappointed. White residue left on the back of the oven, crumbs and a bit of grease left in the grove where the door closed at the bottom. Glass over the bulb still brown on it, and the top of the oven/grill looks either rusty or not cleaned. Also I think a bit more of the grease could have been cleaned out on the underside of the glass hob, but, as I’ve never had it professionally cleaned before he might not have been able to get to it. He was a lovely guy so it was a shame. I’d had my larger oven cleaned and it came up lovely on the top of it so I suppose I expected the same.”

“Dean was very pleasant and efficient and left the oven looking very clean. I think though that the rubber door seal should also be cleaned as part of the job. Otherwise very pleased.”
