“I received a confirmation phone call the day before then a SMS message on the day to tell me they were approximately 10 minutes away, very friendly professional staff, all items cleaned beyond expectations and any mess cleared up afterwards.”

“Great job on the oven. He did say he got as much of the grease off the hood. My wife ended up scrubbing the last bits off. I asked about the light but visible scratches left on the hob and extractor. He said he will polish them out. He used baby oil which didn't polish anything out.”
