“We have always been pleased with this company; we were visited this year by a punctual, polite and pleasant young man (Anthony) who did a seriously good job! I would have loved to sign up for next year’s visit as we have done in the past, but they have adopted an “ongoing subscription” method of payment which we’re not prepared to commit to.”
