“The guy that cleaned the hob and oven was 1st class he did a fantastic job and it looks brand new. My problem is with the call centre I had an email confirming my time was 10am but the engineer turned up at 12.35. When my husband mentioned he was late he said he wasn’t showed him our appointment time 12-3. Not good as 1st time using your company. Not sure if I will use your company again”

“I had sent a email after looking at the invoice it is wrong. I had deposit £10 for a special offer for oven & hob for £54. So I paid £10. So when seeing the invoice and my son told me tht the hob not been done & the deposit was wrong as well was the complete price. Oven is brilliant but a bit annoyed as the guy said no offer who done it but when speaking on the phone to order different.”

“Charming chap, left the kitchen clean. But knobs on the oven were left with brown residue - I guess of cleaning material. And I scraped off some burnt on hard deposit from top oven glass myself after he'd left.”

“The cleaning was excellent. However, I was not happy that the appointment time was changed the day before without any explanation This also happened last year.”

“Very good engineer who was very thorough. My only downside is when the quote is given you say plus VAT as there was no mention at the time of the booking I was expecting to pay £40 for the single oven.”
