“The service and delivery are both good, my only concern, this time is I am unable to convert the disc to an AV on my hard drive using Power CDG to video converter. Up until now this has been easily done but this disc refuses to convert. I have been buying and converting my discs since before 2006.”

“The website is easy to use & we managed to find what we needed. However, initially we found it a little confusing with the different versions of backtracks of a particular track depending on the two letter designation which we found out later applied to different suppliers of each of the backtracks. It was hard to pick the one we wanted as the samples to listen to were so short and many sounded the same with such a short piece of the track. We took what we thought was the best but still not sure if we might have been better choosing another supplier! We could have taken all five versions but could have possibly wasted our time and money doing so. Keep up the good work, but maybe try and make it a little easier for a music teachers to pick the right version of backtrack for a school choir! Thank you.”

“Yes, the songs I picked were good but one of them did finish very abruptly. It can be a good thing not to have a very long outro after the lyrics have stopped, but in this case, it was a bit jarring. All other tracks fine.”
