“I purchased a track that turned out to be a modified Chart Buster track. Because of that, I couldn't use it at my show. I emailed select a track a week ago asking for a refund and did not even receive a go F yourself. I have purchased many great tracks in the past though and have never complained.”

Hi, sorry you didnt enjoy your shopping experience with us this time, although if you have purchased many songs before and were happy with those it's a shame you decided to leave a negative review based on this one experience. One of our suppliers (Digitrax Karaoke) bought the rights to Chartbuster, re-branded the tracks to their new name (Karaoke Cloud), hence the reason you have received a modified Chartbuster track. However i have no idea why this would mean you couldn't use it at your show? All the the audio and on screen graphics should still be totally usable. Please check your spam folder for our reply, we reply to all emails within 1-2 working days.
