“Being able to buy songs individually to fill in gaps in my collection is great, it's just that £2 GBP per song adds up really quickly. I would be much less hesitant to buy tracks if they were more like $1 CAD each, even $1.50 (which is about £1 GBP). I guess cutting the price in half is probably not realistic, and i get that, but that's just where I'm at.”

“Titles should be on the sleeve. The disc should have the facility to give it a Title Name on the disc and sleeve. Otherwise the quality of the songs, label and sleeve are good.”

“I preferred the original system of sekectatrack. Had the better SF & EK selection to choose gone now. Also had a Genre option, which made it much quicker to see & get a variety of songs. Plus the print out of orders is poor to read & does'nt include the singers.”

“Cannot come to grips with the new system, yes can open and listen, but they are not opening as a download on my mp3 they are in zipped folder, help please. And all my old records are lost.”

“Happy with the 2 karaoke songs I bought n downloaded but the 3rd song I couldn’t download so tried again n still didn’t work n I paid twice for it n it still won’t download so course I’m not happy is there a no I can ring for help thanx”

“Tracks are good I don't like the idea of being held to buying 6 tracks...and then waiting to be sent them in dvd. It's very annoying. Why is it that you say it's about the record companies licensing laws but I can download the occasional song as usual? Sometimes I only want the ONE song but you make it difficult to do this. I will then go to Karaoke Version to purchase that one song I want. If they can do it why can't you? I really do think its about gaining as much money as you can...not licensing laws!”

“I used to purchase regularly from Selectatrack when I could chose the format, but since it has changed I don't know if I can still download my songs to my computer and then burn them onto a disk. There's only a limited number of songs where I can chose the format I need, the others are telling me to create a disk. Can I still continue downloading songs as MP3+G and burning them onto a disk....and, if so, how would I do it....thanks”

“Ordering easy and delivery very prompt as I received my disc within 48 hours. Just one problem the final track I asked for Bridge Over Troubled Water was in fact not there but a track of Lee Anne Rimes had been added, which I did not ask for. Can I have BOTW , please? That would make me very happy!”

Hi, thank you for taking the time to write a review, glad to hear your disc arrived safely and swiftly. Sorry to hear one of the tracks you received isn't what you wanted, however our order fulfillment system is 100% fully automated, so it is impossible for a wrong track to be issued. If you have received a Leann Rimes track that you didn't want, you must have clicked it by mistake. If you check your order history it will confirm this. We can however get it sorted for you, just email sales@selectatrack.com and explain you ordered that track in error, and they should be able to arrange a return and swap it for you. Regards, Gary

“Quick and easy downloads. But, the lack of MP3+G is not good. This is still a very widely used format. Would be appreciated if it can be made more widespread again.”

Hi, we are very sorry about the current restrictions on MP3+G downloads and its a shame you marked us down because of this because its completely out of our hands. We are trying very hard to re-instate all tracks to download format, but the PRS and Sony/ATV are blocking companies from selling karaoke downloads of huge amounts of songs, and with no alternative licensing source we have to do as instructed by them.

“Bit disappointed! Some tracks have words that are not quite crisp and in focus, and one track skips ever so slightly. 'We Didn't Start the Fire' has no words for the chorus but that's not the fault of Selectatrack. I do wish you could preview a song all the way through though to avoid buying tracks like this.”
