Expected to hear a more full sound with more instruments. Sadly, the music was made using a synthesized organ. Also, the words in some of the songs were not in sync with the flow of the music. Either the highlighting was too fast or too slow.

I ordered a cdg and when it arrived the disc would not play properly, it would jump and skip. I phoned them and after a lot of talk about my machine not being compatible we did tell them that we had ordered a disc last year and family members always uses them and they work perfectly. We were sent another disc to replace but it's exactly the same so we've decided to forgo the £21.50 and not order anymore.

Hi bought the backing track for Please Stay by the Crying Shame was not inpressed with the start of this song, It would be great if you could hear the whole song before buying and downloading and also be able to Transpose the key up or down I would buy songs from you again if these suggestions were put in place Ricky

Not great to be honest. The recipient has told me the music isn't even close to the original and the colour change of the lyrics is not in time.

hi, sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase. We only sell tracks from top brand karaoke manufacturers, so the music reproduction is as close to the original as you will find on any karaoke track, you can even listen to audio samples of each track before purchasing to ensure you are happy before adding to your basket. Regarding the song lyrics, they are definitely in time with the music, unless you have a faulty track which is extremely rare but if you find one please get in touch and we'll get it sorted. Thanks

Like many I purchased a new laptop with no CD Rom. Restricting downloads for copyright reasons has reduced my investment in purchasing Karaoke. I now pirate it and you are free to take this 69 year old pensioner to court. You will come out worst as I will force a jury trial.

Thank you for leaving us a negative review based on something that is totally out of our hands. The karaoke restrictions are being forced upon us by the PRS, they are the collection society responsible for granting karaoke licenses in the U and if we don't adhere we will lose our licenses all together. We have never been given a proper explanation as to the reasoning behind these restrictions, however it seems the PRS have been instructed by the large music publishers to impose the restrictions, leaving them open to do direct deals for the restricted songs allowing them to charge more and manipulate the market. Big businesses using big power to impose their will on the industry and nothing a small company like us can do about it, and ultimately it just restricts choice to the consumer and as in your case, increases piracy. First off, the music track was fine- no problems there. but the Karaoke text was simply awful. It was on the screen at both the top and bottom-very confusing and the text would sometimes run from the bottom and then continue on a top line while the bottom line was still being sung - very confusing. I have used Karaoke tracks for 20 years or more, unless you can sort the scrolling text problem I simply couldn't use you again. David Dell

Hi David, we sell tracks from various different karaoke manufacturers, and each one has their own way of displaying the lyrics, some have scrolling text (as you have described), others have page by page, simply watch the video samples and choose which one you prefer.

I received the email & uploaded it to my IPAD & it worked fine for 5 days, but on the 6th day I can no longer open the document that I saved? Very frustrating as I have had to get the music from another source! I needed this music for practicing for my village Gala Show night, so very disappointed. ☹️

Hi, there is nothing in our files that expire or stop working after 5 days, so if that what has happened you must have accidentally delete or moved the file. If you contact the sales team they will be able to re-send you files for you no problem :o)

Hi, sorry about the download availability issue, as you may have read in the news recently there are lots of song writers removing the rights to karaoke versions of their songs, so this issue is totally out of our hands :o(

hi, sorry you were unable to get the tracks working on your computer, its a very simple process and our instructions are as clear as they can possibly be, we even offer free samples for testing before purchase! Maybe computers are just not for you :o)

All the other tracks I've ordered in the past have been great, no complaints. This time, the songs all seem to be "in the style of" the songs and artists I asked for. I cannot sing the majority of them (only ordered 7) as you hadn't got the others I looked for. The keys seemed weird and not too much like the originals. I was disappointed but since I have had such great service from you in the past I will continue to order from you and put this last lot down to bad luck.

Hi, all karaoke tracks are "in the style of" the original artist, they are never the original recordings. We have video samples available for all tracks so you can have a listen and ensure you are happy with the re-creation of the song before ordering. Thanks

I bought a CDG with 6 songs on, there were no words or graphics of any description! Contacted selectatrack and have had no correspondence since.

Hi, how did you try contacting us? All emails are replied to within 1 working day and our phone lines are open during normal office hours, 5 days a week. We have checked your order and you have definitely been sent a CDG, if you are not seeing on on screen lyrics then you must not be using the correct type of player. You need a CDG Karaoke Player, the disc will not work in a normal DVD player or computer/laptop. More information can be found on our website, alternatively give us a call/email and we can advise on exactly what you are doing wrong. Regards, Gary

I selected 5 tracks and found the selection process confusing.In the end you sent 3 wrong tracks from what I wanted and ordered and when I pointed this out you were dismissive, blamed me and as far as you were concerned that was that

hi, sorry to hear you had trouble during the ordering process, we do try and make it as simple as possible but if you ever have any difficulty our phone lines are always open. Regarding the wrong tracks, this is actually impossible, the disc production and dispatch system is fully automated so there is zero possibility for an error to be made at our end, we can only send exactly what was ordered. If you have made an error during the ordering process we can sometimes replace the disc of tracks required are by the same manufacturer, just drop us an email, sales@selectatrack.com. Thanks, Gary.

The ink smudged on the disc so it looks almost like a counterfeit, rather than a genuine one that I paid nearly £38 for! Please review your disc quality, I expect better for my money. The music itself is consistently good quality but the discs are inconsistent.

Not too much went wrong, your delivery service is good, however selecting CD+G discs is far more difficult and time consuming than previously. It appears your site is more geared to downloads now also you offer me a months free streaming when you should know I have been purchasing discs from you for over 10 years so this offer is next to useless. I would be far happier if offered some discs for my loyalty, especially as your tracks on to CD+G discs are so expensive??

Needs to install flash and use a different app just to use the web base player, unlike other karaoke sites that are just straightforward

Hi, only the streaming site requires flash installed to work, not our main Selectatrack download/custom disc store on which this review platform is for. In any case flash is available as a free plugin for all major browsers so shouldn't be a huge problem, if you are having trouble email our sales team who will be able to help you out, sales@selectatrack.com :o)

Having downloaded tracks on my PC I am totally dissapointed to find that I can't transfer it to my phone or tablet for mobile use.
