Not impressed that the songs purchased would not burn to discuss using the recommended program or any of mine. I don't just want them on my pc.

Hi, if you are having problems burning tracks to disc this due to a lack of knowledge and/or not having the correct software available on your computer. Our files get delivered in your chosen format and there is nothing about them that will stop them from burning to disc if you are using the correct methods. The lyrics supplied to the track were way off and misheard. Some of the wonky words are so off they are hilarious, but no excuse. You should seek reliable sources of words before you sell something with them included. It's also insulting to the songwriters to hear their work mangled. .

Hi, sorry to hear you received a track with incorrect lyrics, unfortunately this can occasionally happen, it's just the nature of the beast, even from "reliable sources" such as our suppliers. Many karaoke songs were made long before the wonder of the internet so track producers had to listen to the original and try to decipher the lyrics, which is very difficult. If you let us know the track in question we can speak to the supplier and see if they are able to ammend the track and resupply to us. Thanks

I still have not received my disc and after ringing yesterday as instructed nobody picked up the phone, I needed this disc for Saturday night

Hi, please contact our sales team on sales@selectatrack.com and they will chase it up. All orders get posted 1st class post within 1 working day, so if yours hasn't arrived it must be stuck in the bottom of a postmans bag somewhere. Our sales team can send a replacement no problem.

Having heard just a sample of my required track I took a chance and paid for a download. Unfortunately, the track I have ends with a 'fade to finish' effect rather than having a definitive ending. It's not any use to me so I have wasted my money. :(

I purchased a track that turned out to be a modified Chart Buster track. Because of that, I couldn't use it at my show. I emailed select a track a week ago asking for a refund and did not even receive a go F yourself. I have purchased many great tracks in the past though and have never complained.

Hi, sorry you didnt enjoy your shopping experience with us this time, although if you have purchased many songs before and were happy with those it's a shame you decided to leave a negative review based on this one experience. One of our suppliers (Digitrax Karaoke) bought the rights to Chartbuster, re-branded the tracks to their new name (Karaoke Cloud), hence the reason you have received a modified Chartbuster track. However i have no idea why this would mean you couldn't use it at your show? All the the audio and on screen graphics should still be totally usable. Please check your spam folder for our reply, we reply to all emails within 1-2 working days.

Bought a track was only 128kbs. I then emailed zoom and got the full file at 320kbs. Make sure you get a full file 320kbs and not compressed. Sunday should all be 320kbs if you get a 128kbs file ask for a refund

Hi, you could have asked us directly for the 320 version, we have all tracks stored in 128 or 320 and you can have either. The 128 version is generally the most popular however as any sound differences are not recognizable so all the 320 versions do is take up more space.

Hi, you placed this order on the 29th July, it was despatched on the next working day, Monday 1st August. As per our FAQ's delivery to your location usually takes 1-2 weeks so you should receive this very soon. Any problems just let us know.

Hi, Did you expect our karaoke tracks to contain vocals? As with all karaoke tracks our tracks are remakes of the original songs minus only the lead vocal :)

Not good enough, in fact PATHETIC, they are obviously in an industry where they do not know song lyrics, AND, I mean popular song lyrics ie BRIDGE OVER TROUBLED WATER,MY WAY, They then expect you to send the disc back at your own expence,so they can put the problem of their doing right. I had a deal with these people that they would knock the money for the bad lyrics off the next disc, they then changed their minds and require, me to send the disc back, a disc I need for a party ( 17 songs on it )THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER,DISC PROMOTER OUT THERE SOMEWHERE.YOU STILL OWE ME MY MONEY FOR THE DISC'S THAT ARE WRONG.A PATHETIC SITE,WITH INFERIOR GOODS===Neil

Hi Neil, sorry you did not enjoy your shopping experience with us this time. We are still waiting for details of the lyrics you believe to be wrong so that we can check them our end with the track manufacturer, as with any retail business no replacements/refunds can be issued until to supposed faulty/incorrect items have been inspected.

the first track I attempted to purchase came in as another track when I raised the fault i was sent another track in another format which had advertising over the lyrics and told to download another ap to get it to work, this is not explained prior to purchase I expect to download something I have paid for and not have to get something else for it to work

Hi, it sounds as though you must have purchased a HD+ track, this is a special format that contains two audio streams, a vocal and non vocal version, which can you can switch between on compatible software, as explained on our formats page... http://www.selectatrack.com/software/HD_PLUS_Karaoke As explained if you have no desire to download the free software to use the HD+ track, we are happy to swap for a normal karaoke version, just let us know :o)

Having g sampled and purchased on my kindle, because I don't have a computer,I am disappointed that I still have no tracks that I purchased dissatisfied! I'm sorry about the bad review but I can't download to my kindle and I don't have a computer I'm £4 out of pocket not a great deal of money but I thought as an entertainer you site was the answer to my backing track search sincerely John

Overall, the quality of the tracks are great. However they're 40p more expensive than their closest rivals who have the same tracks. I bought, what was clearly marked as the "duet" version of "She's like the Wind" ( obviously Selectatrack aren't musos or singers/karaoke fans, because on my planet "SLTW" has never been a duet ) in the hope that there would be backing vocals on the very good backing track. Unfortunately I was both incorrect and disappointed. When I pointed this out to Selectatrack, twice, both times they argued the toss and wouldn't replace my backing track. I shan't be buying from them in future, they obviously know nothing about music, and simply don't give a toss if the punter isn't satisfied with the track. :-/

Hi, sorry you were not happy with your purchase this time, just for clarification in the karaoke industry a duet means there is two singers on screen rather than one, sorry if you assumed something different. Regarding our pricing, £2 per song is the standard price for karaoke tracks in the UK, and none of our competitors have the same amount of tracks as us, we have the largest karaoke catalogue in the world. Website not working properly since Xmas. Spoke to lovely lady on the phone who was going to contact you and get back to me as she too couldn't get it to do what it should. Charged me full price for a track when I put in voucher code for 50% off No songs apart from that one could be downloaded! Still haven't downloaded any! Very disappointed!

The music came through alright but I cannot change title or add cd number and after it has been entered once it has played I have to reinstall it - very frustrating

They have been good up until now. I recently purchased a karaoke song, but is corrupt. I tried to email support and email came back undeliverable. For some reason the website is down also, perhaps they went out of business.

The songs downloaded in good time, played two out of three songs and they sounded nice. The third song was Two Steps Behind by Def Leppard and the music was there but the onscreen displayed "The Reason That I'm Standing" in the style of The Crabb Family If I can be given a link to the proper karaoke track or something it would be appreciated

I have used this sight to purchase custom CDGs for a long time, but each time I go back they adopt new annoying practices, i.e. (1) the short preview of a song is of a long instrumental, (2) having to purchase "credits" in order to buy discs, and (3) the most annoying is I still had left over credits that I can't use now because the last time I went to the sight to purchase another disc , all I got was a message that said they no longer serviced my area. So If they still service your area, and you still trust them with your money, don't leave any left over credits

I ordered two cdg,s from this company one custom made one and one standard cdg ,I phoned 3 mins after ordering to cancel the standard one as I'd found it cheaper elsewhere and was told I couldn't cancel as the order had gone though, won't be ordering from this company again .

As explained in our terms and conditions, our order fulfilment system is totally automated, this allows us to deliver orders very quickly and ensures no errors are made. However it does also mean once an order is placed we are immediately committed on the licensing and copyright, hence the reason we add extra steps in to our checkout process to try and ensure customers have checked and re-checked they are happy with their selections before making a purchase.

Ive had select a track of you a few times before and they was great but for some reason this last karaoke disc was not good at all quality was bad
