For some reason the payment went through twice and I phoned the bank and they said they can't do anything about it because of the small amount

The link between to download my purchased tracks didn't work so I am having to copy and paste links on an email to get them. I doubt if I will use selectatrack again

Hi, if your email client isn't showing the download links as clickable, you can download your tracks from the order history page of the website which should work better. Thanks

CDG disc itself is OK, play's good, but the music doesn't come close to the original music. Don't care for the CDG disc that I purchased, so I will not be useing Selectrack again for making special tracks on CDG discs. Very pour music quality for $40.00 + shipping. Disappointed Dennis

Hi Disappointed Dennis, very sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase. Just to clarify, our karaoke tracks are made by some of the top karaoke manufacturers in the world, so put simply, higher quality karaoke versions that sound more like the original simply don't exist. We also offer free video samples of every song so you can check what it sounds like to ensure you are happy with the quality before placing your order. Regards, Gary

Hi, your order was posted 1st class post the next working day after we received it, and normally arrives the next working day. Unfortunately it seems Royal Mail lost your item, this is extremely rare so you have been very unlucky. A replacement was posted free of charge on Friday.

I ordered a karaoke CDG WHAT I RECEIVED WAS A DVD VIDEO I needed the songs for March 29th for a wedding Hope u could correct it before then

hi, our order fulfillment system is fully automated, so its actually impossible for us to send you a disc in the incorrect format, if you have received a DVD disc, but wanted a CDG, you must have clicked DVD in error. If you would like to swap the DVD disc for a CDG that is no problem, just return it to us with a cover letter explaining you ordered DVD in error and would like to swap format, and we'll arrange this for you free of charge.

hi, we really wish customers would contact us before leaving a negative review, as this sounds like a problem that can be solved very easily. We simply do not have any songs in MP3 only format, all of our products have accompanying lyrics, either as part of an MP3+G file or an MP4 file. If you are only seeing the MP3 you must be using the wrong software or handling the file in the wrong way. Hi, sorry to hear you are not happy with one of your tracks, did you not listen to the audio sample before purchasing? We offer karaoke tracks from only the worlds top karaoke manufacturers, so in most cases better versions than what we offer don't exist! If you have any issues simply drop the sales team an email and they will try and sort it out for you. Thanks

the first song i downloaded, Bruno Mars Versace on the floor, simply put, is not a karaoke tack and differs from the preview track available on the website in that the mp4 supplied onctians someones singing recorded in a studio of the entire track. the preview clip shows it to only be the backup singing. That is simply a lie. Not onyl is this a lie, but it such a stupid waste of their money to be paying extra for a studio singer to ruin the good product which would be available according to the preview. Asking for my money back.

Hi, we have checked your order and it appears you have ordered a HD+ trck by Abraxa. As explained on the site these are a special type of karaoke track that contain both the karaoke and full vocal audio streams in the one file, and the vocal can be switched on & off when played through compatible software, which can also be downloaded for free from our website. Whatever software you are using to play the track is obviously playing the audio stream that has the vocals. If this was an error and you would prefer just a normal karaoke versions that is no problem, just email the sales team (sales@selectatrack.com) and they can swap it for you. Regards, Gary.

I was going to use the track in a show produced by our Dance School. I would have preferred an MP3 but the only choice was M4A. The editing programme which I have used for years-Magix Audio & Music LAb Premium, could not read the file, therefore I could not convert it into .wav format for use in the show I used a rival website where I downloaded the identical track in mp3 format. Pity I didn't use that site first!

Hi, thanks for taking the time to write a review however it's a shame you decided to leave a negative review due to the fact you have clearly got a bit confused as to the formats we offer and how to use them. M4A is not even a format we offer, so not really sure where you got that from, maybe you purchased these from a different supplier? We offer digital formats of MP3G (which includes the MP3 file you were after) & MP4, and disc formats of CDG & DVD. Full information about these formats can be clearly found on our website. The cdg cd i recieved will not play. I had gotten one in the past and it works perfectly but this one will not play.

hi, we have checked your order and it seems you chose the MP4 digital download option, as explained on the website that means we don't actually send you anything, because you need to download the files from your website account. If you have any problems please email the sales team at sales@selectatrack.com and they can help you. The words are not centralised on the screen meaning that all tracks actually miss the last words as they are too far over to the right of the screen. Some of the tracks are also very poor quality in terms of sound

Hello, sorry you are having problem with your disc, it sounds like a very strange error. All karaoke tracks that we sell the lyrics are centralized, so it sounds like you need to adjust the video settings on your karaoke player / TV. This should be pretty straight forward using the remote control for each device. The sound quality of our tracks are the best quality karaoke versions in the world, and we even often multiple choices of lots of songs AND give the opportunity to listen to samples of the recordings before purchasing, that way you can check you are happy with the sound recording before purchasing. Future customers need to be clearly informed on how to use the 50%voucher system correctly. As a result of poor communication I only purchased one song. I bought one because I was unsure about how it would work as I am unsure about purchasing on line, you need to consider older customers lack of confidence with I.T. and try to encourage the website by making it a positive experience, we're not all computer savvy.

Hi, you have ordered an MP4 digital download, which WILL work with iTunes no problem, regardless of device. You must be doing something incorrectly, if you email our sales team they can help you through the process. sales@selectatrack.com

Ordered some tracks and on 2 of the tracks were the full vocals (which I did not order) I contacted the support via their Facebook site and was given no support there, however I did get an email address. So I emailed them and still have not had any support back. Very poor. As opposed to a site like Karaoke Version who's tracks may not be the best but their customer support is spot on. Mike Smith

HI, sorry to see you had problems with your order, however i have checked with the sales team regarding your enquiry and below is a copy of the email we sent you on the 7th April at 2:28pm, maybe it got marked as spam? -------------------- Hi, Both of these were for AH tracks. All AH tracks are in our new HD+ format (http://www.selectatrack.com/software/HD_PLUS_Karaoke) HD+ tracks contain two separate full stereo tracks, one is a full karaoke backing track the other is a full vocal guide. For some reason Windows Media Player will by default play the full vocal audio, however if you download VLC’s free player or our free Selectatrack player, you can switch between the different audio streams. Here’s a link to download VLC’s player, by default this should play the karaoke audio, if it doesn’t just right click on the onscreen graphics and select the other audio stream. http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.en_GB.html Alternatively you could try the free Selectatrack player by following the link below. http://www.selectatrack.com/software/Selectatrack_Player_Free

Hello, sorry you were not happy with your shopping experience with us, we do try and do everything possible to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases. I have looked in to your enquiry and can see that you ordered an album which contained a song included on the new restricted artist list supplied to us by the PRS, and therefore is not available to download. I'm afraid our "lame excuse" is simply us adhering to licensing and copyright laws, and in fact the song is even removed from the list of songs included on the album when you select your format. We also offered to supply the entire album entirely free of charge as disc albums are not affected by the restrictions.
