Dreadful customer service. I suggest potential customers find a different company to buy from. I have and am much happier now I no longer deal with SelectaTrack

the discs were rubbish, the words were unreadable on screen and i am looking at returning it

Hi, thank you for shopping with us and taking the time to write a review. Sorry to hear you were not happy with the quality of one of your tracks, what exactly is the problem with it? Did you watch the sample before ordering? If you are not happy with the version you have received we might have an alternative version from a different supplier we can offer as a replacement? Hi, thanks for shopping with us and for taking the time to write a review. Our tracks are £2 each which is the standard rate for karaoke tracks in pretty much all reputable karaoke stores, and our tracks can be further discounted by the way of store credit. We also have the largest selection of karaoke songs in the world, so if a song you want isn't available on Selectatrack, there's a good chance it has never been made on karaoke. If you would like a quote to have a track custom made please get in touch.

Glen Feist and Ernest Feist, his father, have still not received the order we placed with you on the 11th of March 2015. That's exactly 2 weeks ago! Please let us know promptly the status of our order. Considering this and other delays experienced by our friends we have to give you at this point a "Very Poor" rating. Please let us know promptly what's happened to our order!

Hi, we've looked in to your order and it was despatched via standard airmail on 12th March (the same day the order was placed). So it hasn't been two weeks yet, it's not unheard of for items being sent to Australia to take this long. If nothing has arrived by this time next week let us know and we'll send a replacement via recorded post. In the future if you require items to be delivered quicker maybe try the download option or use a more local company. Many thanks, Gary. Selectatrack.

Hi, your order was despatched via Royal Mail first class on the 27th (the day after the order was placed) and should have arrived with you by now. If nothing shows up in tomorrows post please let us know and we'll send a replacement. Sorry for the delay.

Downloaded the tracks and none of them worked, asked for a cd and they wouldn't send me one

Hi, if none of your tracks worked then I'm afraid you are doing something wrong, did you not download a sample track before placing your order? If you contact the sales team and they will be happy to give you some advice on how to get the tracks working. Download tracks can't just be re-supplied on a disc, the licensing is totally different and we incur additional costs, if you would like a disc version of your downloaded tracks we might be able to arrange a discounted rate, contact us for more details. I bought these songs for my daughter as a Santa Xmas gift but when we went to use them most didn't have any music just words not one of the one direction songs worked only one of the 5secs of summer worked very disappointed will not use or recommend this service to anybody

Hi, every disc we supply has the on screen lyrics, if you are having trouble with the disc it's probably likely there is a lens issue with the Player, please contact the sales team and they will guide you through the process of first cleaning the lens on your Player and if that doesn't work discussing the possibility of supplying in a different format that might work better with your Player. We will do everything we can to ensure you can get the tracks working and are happy with your purchase.

Hi, sorry to hear you have not received your order, it was despatched first class post on Tuesday 18th December, the day after you ordered it, so it's in the hands of the postman somewhere between us and you. If it doesn't show up today please let us know and we'll send a replacement, if you need the tracks for Christmas maybe we can email the files over as well if that is any help? Just drop the sales team an email letting them know what you would like and they will arrange it. Sorry once again for the delay, the post is usually VERY reliable, you have just been unlucky. It took 4 days to arrive after stating on the site that it would be next day delivery, the quality of most of the tracks is awful, will not use again and would not reccommend.

Hi, sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your shopping experience with us. We don;t promise next day delivery, we simply state that if ordered before 3pm order will be despatched first class post the same working day. So 4 days for delivery at this time of year for a fully personalised product I think most people would agree is actually extremely fast. Its surprising to hear you think that the quality of "most" of the tracks are awful, as we only stock tracks from well known & established karaoke suppliers such as Sunfly, SBI, Zoom & Mr Entertainer, so the quality wise they are the best available tracks in the world. However if you have specific issues with the sound of a particular track please email us more details and we will report back to the supplier. Regards, Selectatrack.

while trying to down load I received an error message saying that it had timed out, having paid for the songs I them wrote an email explaining what had happened and requested some help as to what I could do I have heard nothing from the company and have paid for songs that I haven't received needless to say I wont be trying to buy any more and won't be recommending you either

Hi, Sorry to hear you are experiencing problems using our service. The download error is a strange one, it seems to be an isolated incident as we have thousands of tracks being downloaded everyday and not had any other reports of errors. What email address did you use to contact us? We always respond to emails within 1 working day of receiving it, so for some reason your email hasn't come through.

the music i was sent was audio only...cant read the words on an audio cd not totaly useless to me thanks for nothing

Hi, sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase. We have checked your order and you ordered a CDG disc, and that is what you were sent. The lyrics are included, you just need to play the disc on a proper CDG Karaoke Player. You may also be able to play your CDG disc on a computer or Laptop if you have proper Karaoke Software and a compatible disc drive.
