“I have driven Hyundai cars for over 15 years now and I have always found the service from Hyundai dealers to be very good. However, I would go one further with SG Petch of Middlesborough and say their service has been outstanding, especially from their salesman Christian! I had problems getting the relevant finance through for my new purchase from them (nothing to do with Hyundai Finance) and they bent over backwards to accommodate me. In the end it took a sum total of just over 4 months before we could actually take possession of our new car but, all the time, Petch's were very patient, as long as I kept them in the loop and told them exactly what was going on. I now have a brand new i10 with all the usual bells and whistles and I am extremely pleased with it - apart from one niggle. I used to use cruise control a lot on my previous i10 but my new one, being Auto, doesn't have it fitted???? This seems to me to be a very retrograde step by Hyundai - many cars have Auto AND cruise control!! That being said, I am very happy with the car and couldn't praise Petch's high enough for their customer service!!!”

“SG PETCH DARLINGTON BRANCH Professional, friendly service. MARK was extremely helpful and patient and guided my son through the process of purchasing his first car every step of the way. Faultless .. wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and the branch .. we will definitely return when we change the family car. “I found dealing with your Richmond Car Sales a real pleasure. They were very helpful but not pushy, the car was beautifully presented when I collected it. “Excellent from start to finish. Ryan Robertson took the time to understand our needs, explained the different models and knew the specs & options of each. Test drives were arranged at short notice for the different engine & transmission options – wanted to test drive the actual car we were considering. Pricing was clearly explained. Delivery date was as promised, handover and follow up was perfect.”

“First car purchase from SG Petch but have used both Nissan and Hyundai service department’s for my business lease car needs for 6 years. Located the car I wanted at Darlington dealership and Durham dealership had the car brought to Durham within a couple of hours. Loved the car, which was a demonstrator, and bought it. Bit disappointed with the delay to collect as the vehicle was over due it’s service and during service a recall was highlighted and the part required had to be ordered, however, SG Petch were willing to temporary take the part from another stock vehicle to use on mine until my part was available but this wasn’t necessary as the part required arrived next day.. Overall quite good to deal with. Friendly sales staff willing to do that bit extra for their customers which didn’t go un noticed.”
