“this is our second car bought from SG Petch. The process has always been good. The only comment I have is that I was told the car didn't have built in sat nav but I would be able to link to my phone. This has not been possible. I think in future the comment should be "might be able to link". I have spent hours trying to find out why and are still unable to connect.”

“We dealt with Les one of your elder statesmen who new his stuff inside out and gave fantastic customer service. Questions were asked and reply's were given honestly which is something of a rarity in these times but very welcome so we could make our decision with confidence. When he retires you will be at a loss so get someone trained up for when this happens to continue your service to your future customers. Thanks Les”

“This is the third car I have bought from Petch York, one new and two used. They are most accommodating by bring the car to your home to view without obligation to buy. If the first car doesn't suit they will find one that does. Also they will collect and return for services etc. One can't expect better customer care and service .”

“Worst garage we have ever dealt with in our 42 yrs of driving . Sold us 2 faulty cars and one of them the repairs were over 6 thousand pounds , we part exchanged the car as it was still faulty when we received it back after 8 weeks . Second car had no working washers for windscreen because they sold it with rodent damage through all pipes in car . Returned this car also at a cost to us of 13 hundred pounds , lost our deposit of 2 and a half thousand too . Worst garage ever customer service is rubbish , lies and broken promises . We have Stopped 2 of our friends going to this garage to buy new cars and will not recommend them to anyone .”
