“Really pleased with the service we received from SG Petch and George Hope - from our first visit to the day we collect our car, nothing was too much trouble and they were very willing to assist. Their customer service was a major influence in our decision to buy a car from George as other dealerships we had visited did not seem to be really interested in what we wanted even though we were definitely in the market for a new car. Thanks to all the team there for helping us.”

“This is the third car I’ve bought from SG Petch Richmond, I’ve also persuaded my wife and mother in law to buy a new car from here as well. The sales team are outstanding, no pressure, explain things in detail, always there to help. The service team are very accommodating, helping arrange courtesy a car, fitting the service in around my work. SG Petch Richmond have restored my faith in car sales. “Genuinely friendly and excellent service. I always feel looked after, I won't waste my time going elsewhere. Both York and Darlington branches equally brilliant for customer service. I have recommended already to friends and family. Bought our car in Feb 2014 and Martin Phillips at York looked after us really well. In Oct 2018 we needed a bigger car (growing family) and our first thought was to call SG Petch York and ask for Martin.”

“Third time lucky for me. I had previously visited two other garages opposite. After being ignored in one of them I came to SG Petch and was met by Ryan Robertson and I instantly felt at ease. He is a lovely young chap and a credit to your business. The way he took care of me and guided me through the process of motability and the car itself, I knew straight away he was genuine and cared about his professionalism and customers. He made the whole process from first entering the showroom, to leaving with the car a very positive experience for me. I am very pleased with the car.
