“I came to trade my original car on finance for a newer one on a new agreement. I felt Ryan at SG Petch Darlington helped me make the right decision on car model, with storage size being a priority as a new mother. Ryan was friendly and professional throughout and I felt he got the best finance deal for me.”

“SG PETCH DURHAM can highly recommend this garage along with Ray Yates the Senior Sales Executive, he is a real credit to the garage. We had an idea of what we wanted which we had enquired about online then had a follow up call from Ray to confirm they still had it & did we want to view it. We went along to the garage viewed the car & looked at other cars too which we were left to have a good look around at our pace without anyone bothering us which was lovely. Ray made us feel at ease he didn’t pressurise us at anytime, had good product knowledge & was very friendly with great communication. A deal was done with no stress & the car was ready for us to pick up after a few days. Thank you so much Ray We love our beautiful new car (Jaffa)”

“The purchase of my brand new Mazda CX-30 was a breeze from start to finish. David Shield was most helpful and explained in detail each step of the purchase. The new vehicle handover was very comprehensive and he made me feel at ease with the new technology. This was the second purchase from David within a month as my wife had previously purchased a used Mazda 2 with the same ease and efficiency.”
