“When looking for a new car we visited numerous dealerships in the Durham city area. There were two that gave us the best service and S.G. Petch was one. The Mazda sales person was welcoming (and not pushy), was able to answer all questions and nothing was a trouble. We really received personal attention. When our new vehicle did not arrive on time we were given a loan car at no cost and no restrictions. In short we received first class service.”

From my first contact with Lewis and Chantelle to finishing the purchase of my car with Matthew was on the whole a stress free experience. “A few mixed comments on here but in all fairness to SG Petch Durham after three services using the prepaid service plan there I am very pleased with the whole thing, on the last service I mentioned I had trouble a couple of times starting the car and said I had read on forums there was an issue with the battery they fitted a new battery no fuss, and did a few other small fixes as well, cleaned the car inside and out, and another year free for Nissan roadside assist following the service, courteous and friendly.”
