“I had an excellent experience with my dealer, SG Petch, Darlington. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and kept me fully informed during the whole purchasing process, clearly explaining everything to me. I have follow up calls since I took delivery of my new vehicle to check that everything is okay. I am extremely happy with the whole process. Thank you!”

“I would recommend SG Petch Middlesbrough based on my experience. Mark was really helpful and friendly, he found me a suitable and perfect car for myself. He listened to what features I wanted in a car and helped me pick out a car the day I visited. Mark continued to give me regular updates on the vehicle and was extremely accommodating until I picked my car up.”

“I'm a little bit late in adding this review as I've had my new mazda for about 4 weeks now. Daniel from the Darlington branch worked with us and I want to say a massive thank you to him. I entered the garage with no idea what kind of car I wanted and drove away with the perfect one for me at this moment a few days later! Daniel was extremely patient with me , gave great comparisons and descriptions and just generally looked after me and my husband very well. A very polite, gentle, kind, enthusiastic young man. “Taking my car for work under warranty I was delighted with the quality of customer service from booking to completion. All staff were professional and friendly and the car wash at the end was the icing on the cake!!”

“Massive thanks to Matthew Newall who started the process of my new car and Roger Crozier at SG Petch Durham who looked after me once Matthew moved over to Darlington. The process was easy from start to finish and despite the delays with SEAT, Roger kept me up to date and delivered the car ensuring we had everything we needed and triple checked we didn’t need help with anything before we left! 10/10 service from these guys! Thank you both so much!”
