“I was very impressed by the sales dept at S G Petch York, especially Martin Phillips who i dealt with throughout. I got the car i wanted, and a part exchange deal agreeable to all. The car was ready for me to pick up on the date and time agreed, and Martin explained all the features of my car clearly and thoroughly. I also purchased some extra's for the car and found the parts staff courteous and knowledgeable.”

“We weren't really looking for two cars just one but after our experience with buying my wife a fiat 500 lounge I decided to have a look myself and bought another 500 this time a twinair "s". Kevin Jackson was our contact and he was very good with us. We have recommended SG Petch to friends and family as a great place to buy a car. “Nothing was too much trouble - even when I didn't like the colour of the pickup when it was delivered (I blame the Nissan website! Caymen Blue? Midnight blue! It was almost black!) However - the sales team were very professional and just sorted it out for me! And now I have a shiny Savannah Yellow (gold) pickup instead!”

“Well I'm sort of happy the sales Girl Abby Richardson is brilliant at her job there is nothing she can't do to make you happy with your sale .But my car had a Electrical failure 6 days after I picked up the car & now the garage have had it longer than me.”

“I went in to consider buying a used car. The salesman, George, was most helpful and knowledgeable. “Kevin Jackson at York branch was extremely helpful without being pushy. He explained everything clearly so it was understood fully without complicated jargon. Customer communication between first looking/enquiry to collecting car was dealt with very professionally. His brother Wayne in finance was equally helpful. The experience buying from them was so good that my husband came back a week later and bought a Fiat 500 sport that Kevin managed to organise to be brought down from your Darlington branch.”

“From the moment my wife and I entered the dealership we were made very welcome. We were asked what we were looking for and our initial comments were listened to. We were provided with quotes as requested to enable us to make an informed decision as to the best method to finance the purchase. The various options were fully explained to us. We were sure of the model we wanted to buy but we were taken for a test drive to ensure that the car would meet our needs. The order was taken and we agreed a delivery date that suited both of us. We were kept fully advised along the way from order to handover and knew exactly what we needed to provide for the finance agreement. At handover we were given a full explanation of the controls as the car was new to us and we were welcomed back a week later when we had a few questions. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble at all. This is the first time we have bought a brand new car and the experience was wonderful.”
