“Very underhanded with their tactics, take your debit card details with the promise nothing will be deducted. Pass you through at least 2 more individuals the last one being a switch energy supplier and somewhere in there you are supposedly asked if you want too go premium at a cost of £99....I say supposedly as i NEVER once recall this at all. I only find out about this charge when i suddenly have £4.99 debits coming out of my bank in succession. So i ring customer services and get the most arrogant rude male i have ever dealt with who basically told me the £99 WILL be debited and it will NOT be cancelled. I had NO service from this company loan wise and at no point have i had any details of this supposed premium service and what it does for me etc. The customer service representative raised his voice too me stating that i wasnt listening and just hung up on me after i told him i wasnt aware of these charges or premium service and actually he was the person NOT listening. I have had no choice too email with a request of refund and future payments too be cancelled or ill be referring this too the Financial Ombudsman Service for investigation....Avoid these people at all cost. They are unprofessional and have no scruples as long as they can con you out of your money”

I have copied every bad review on here.
And have sent it all to Watchdog,Rip off Britian.
Also given a file to the police.
They try to bury the negative comments with false good ones.
