“I spoke to someone on the phone he baffled me said they would take five pounds out of my bank did that then I said dont worry and hung up three weeks later I go to mybank and I am overdrawn thehad taken 94 pound out of my bank I called them up the man said they have recording of me saying yes to there pre ium rate I saud on the tape do I say take 99 out of my bank and he hung up the phone I wrote and asked for a copy of the tape they said I have to pay £9.95 for it and because I waited over 14 days I would not get any refund I recieved no correspondence from this company since the day I put the phone down so how did I know that I had to cancel as I didnt even know I joined I wont rest till everyone knows to stay away from this company they prey on people in trouble do not let them fool you!!!!!!!!!!”

“This company is a bunch of frodstets, they took money out my bank without my say so! I had never even herd of this company till I had £100 pounds go missing so when I looked in to them and found out who they were I read but on there tears and conditions and put a letter in weighting like they asked canciling there so called agreement they thort I had with them I then explained in the letter I was upset and angry that they took the money with out my permission and I never even herd of them or Spock to them before! This was my 2 year olds birthday money they took! I sent this letter over 6 weeks ago and have naw email them countless times trying to get them to send my money back and all I get is rude emails saying if I want my money back I have to go to the police this is not fair on me or my son! And has upset me so much . I dnt no how they can sleep at night”
“i originally gave a 5 start rating for the excellent customer service provided to me in the begining. but unfortunately as soon as i was haned over to a loan company (WDA) they were short rude and seemed like i was an inconvieniance to them, i was told to wait for an email to apply for my loan.... and it never came. why did i just sit through a 45 minute phonecall to be fobbed off and not even be sent the relavant paperwork? its rude un professional and quite frankly un becoming of a company in a position of trust t allow its customers to be treated like this. i think that maybe you should take more of a look in to companies that you broker for before agreeing to do it. thank you for wasting my time was an excelent conversation though”
