“Everything got very confusing. I wasn't aware it would cost so much as on the phone longer than thought. Was told £5 would come out of bank but not if i didn't have the funds. It did anyway and made me over drawn. Still didn't get a loan after it all.”

Asked for my card details as he said this was to verify who I was.
And no money would be taken from my bank account.
Few days later I found they had taken 89.99.
Furious is not the word.
After several weeks of being passed from pillar to post.
I contacted the Financial Ombudsmen.

Since then.
I have copied every bad review on here.
And have sent it all to Watchdog,Rip off Britian.
Also given a file to the police.
They try to bury the negative comments with false good ones.
