When I tried to purchase it I couldn't access my item as their own website wouldn't allow it but when I finally could access it I noticed that the item had increased in price by £60! I called their sales team and was told that the price of steel had went up! To be fair the customer service agent that I'd spoken to was nice (even though I never received the email or call back that I was promised) so I just bought an even more expensive tool chest elsewhere.

Please can you securely repackage the item back in the original packaging or any suitable packaging you have, tape the below returns note to the outside of the parcel and send it back to us? Most of our customers do this via parcel 2 go or parcel hero as they are the most competitive in pricing.

conflict-averse sort) that I could live with the scratches, should be able
to repair the bent corner myself but that the worktop being so poor meant
that I really needed to swap that out and that SGS would understand (their
returns policy is on their website).

Brought trolley jack but it wouldn’t pump up lady sent me information on how to resolve the issue to no avail, I asked for a refund and she said I need to return it and if found not faulty I have to pay carriage, how will I know if they say nothing is wrong and just swap it and charge me.

Phenomenal service, I can only assume the bad reviews are either unfortunate happenings or other companies getting people to rubbish these guys for undercutting them.
