I recently purchased the SGS Professional Mechanics Swivel Bar Stool, because I'm disabled and cannot stand for long periods at home. This stool is excellent for my needs. It was easy to assemble and is very comfortable to sit on. The price was better than other stools I'd seen and was delivered within 24hrs of my initial purchase. All in all an excellent buy.

Ordered a pair of tailgate struts for my Ford Ka on Thursday using second class delivery. the package arrived four days later on Monday morning. The tailgate struts inside are of excellent quality. Total cost £37 compared to £134 from my local Ford dealer. Excellent quality at a sensible price.

Fan blooming tactics, ordered a top box and toolchest, came next day. Very good quality and great price. Don't know how you do it for the money. Will definitely be buying from you again. Saving up for a 50ltr compressor and will be buying it from SGS thats for sure. We'll done guys.

I can’t decide which one is worse between their customers service or delivery,but both are very poor.

I Ordered a Milwakee Drill and some Deep Sockets, the delivery was chosen for next day. No Email for delivery trackng or any correspondence from them until after 2 days i contacted them. I am still awating my items 6 days after purchase. The customer service are not veru helpful as when i called them all i was told was the items were in dispatch.

Returns Process - Difficult

Please can you securely repackage the item back in the original packaging or any suitable packaging you have, tape the below returns note to the outside of the parcel and send it back to us? Most of our customers do this via parcel 2 go or parcel hero as they are the most competitive in pricing.

I figured (being an overly conflict-averse sort) that I could live with the scratches, should be able to repair the bent corner myself but that the worktop being so poor meant that I really needed to swap that out and that SGS would understand (their returns policy is on their website).

I ordered a 71" roller cabinet, £660, quality is average. It arrived late and without warning and when I unpacked it, there were a couple of small dents. The returns process is a nightmare and all risk sits with the customer. I've had a couple of emails from their customer services, all apologises but no real help. 5 weeks later I'm still waiting on them getting in touch.

Refunds - Difficult

Wouldn’t give me a refund until they received the item back from DHL (even though they were at fault in the first place )who kept failing to deliver it back to SGS after I had cancelled the order.

Please don't buy from them! There is no chance to get a refund if you don't like the product you ordered.

Don’t buy from these frauds. They are scammer. Sold faluty item and never came to collect nor did they refund. Everyday same lies that someone will come and collect back but no one comes to pick. They think people are free to sit and wait for them. These people are full of rubbish. Useless company and their products and useless customer services. Beware of these frauds

Was initially put off by bad reviews, the price was good though so took a chance and paid on credit card for extra protection, ordered 3 items yesterday at 2pm, they were delivered today at 10am, packaged well, Phenomenal service, I can only assume the bad reviews are either unfortunate happenings or other companies getting people to rubbish these guys for undercutting them.
