Attempted to do so but they had put the price of the item up by £250! Called them to discuss but was told 'computer says no' and that my only option was to pay the inflated price.

oh and the xmas sale price advertised on ebay is the same price items have been for months.

When I tried to purchase it I couldn't access my item as their own website wouldn't allow it but when I finally could access it I noticed that the item had increased in price by £60! I called their sales team and was told that the price of steel had went up! To be fair the customer service agent that I'd spoken to was nice (even though I never received the email or call back that I was promised) so I just bought an even more expensive tool chest elsewhere.

Great service ordered 90l compressor on a wed afternoon arrived on the Friday morning, was not expecting that! Very helpful staff when called to find out rough estimate for delivery, packaged very well, and am well pleased with the compressor, Plenty of air for my small garage workshop and much quieter than my old direct drive unit thankyou SGS will be using SGS for all sorts now 👍🏼

Refunds - Difficult

Promised 48hr delivery but never turned up so got in touch with customer services, said out of stock and didn’t know when they’d have more! Asked why they took money knowing they had no stock! Could only offer refund even when I ask for an alternative that was in stock.

Appalling company. Still waiting for my postage cost refund after it took over a week to receive goods, I won't bother trying to deal with their customer service again though as they seem to employ very ignorant uncaring personel. Do not use!

Brought trolley jack but it wouldn’t pump up lady sent me information on how to resolve the issue to no avail, I asked for a refund and she said I need to return it and if found not faulty I have to pay carriage, how will I know if they say nothing is wrong and just swap it and charge me.

Absolutely shocking customer service, They are charging me nearly £15.00 because FEDEX say they attempted delivery, I was home, they did not attempt anything Stay clear of this company!!

Sent photos and videos with prompt, albeit useless replies from their customer service.
